The actual blood draw was awesome. Everything before that was awful. At closing there were still 11 people waiting snd only one person working. She was doing the intake paperwork and the labs. Average lab work time was about 20 per person (thats ridiculous) including a drug test patient who was there well past the 3 oclock deadline. He was called back twice to spend 20 minutes in the bathroom only to come out and say he was unable to pee. Other patients had to wait during all this nonsense. At half past closing he was waiting for another stint in the bathroom. As a self pay patient getting almost $600 in labs...I am pretty disgusted with the service here and talk in the waiting room was that this happens often...ie one person working. I hope I never have to go back.

I was almost afraid to go there because of some of the bad reviews, but it was great. Computers were down, so wait was a little longer than expected, until they were back up and running, but the technician was very kind and friendly and she was a real pro at drawing blood -- most painless experience ever!

Dont bother to make appointment, you will be here for 2 hours before you get in. Personal just leave any time they want even during scheduled appointment.
