Very disappointed with the front office. Upon making my appointment, I specifically asked about the cost. I was told I would pay my $20 copay. After seeing the doctor, I was given a bill for $250 for the visit. Tried reasoning with the office manager and she was very rude and was only concerned in collecting her money not satisfying the patient.

Dr. Giacalone was extremely compassionate and understanding with my childs problem. He made my son feel very at ease and treated the problem successfully. Very nice office.
