THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE STARTING FROM Diana Leitoa DIRECTOR, Melissa OFFICE MANAGER and UPPER MANAGEMENT!!! They hire whoever wether they have experience in Dental or not. I never experienced working in an unprofessional office like this before. They are so unprofessional, they always running behind, patients complaining, their WORK ETHICS SUCKS! I advise you all not to go here trust me Im not just talking just to be talking or to make them look bad "I KNOW" for a fact. People I am not making this up. If you do decide to give them a try go for it you will soon find out THE TRUTH‼️ See for yourself if you dont believe me‼️Management SUCKS‼️ WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD. They will get rid of you for no apparent reason. As for some of us we got laid off due to BUDGET CUT, but they have a whole new crew like really budget cut my ass. Im glad they did it this way because I was going to leave ANYWAY they werent up to PAR in my book‼️

The dental assistants and the dentist are nice they give you 5 star treatment. The women in the front are thw ones that make this review worthy of one star. If you dont mind people talking over you to people in line behind you, your HIPPA rights being violated because your information so the room could here, or standing being told your appointment wasnt confirmed when you called back and spoke to someone in the phone to confirm only to be told that you know have to wait an hour or 2 due to their clerical error. This office staff used to be kind and curteous, over the years thats declined. There is no professionalism anymore. I was contacted by the Manager I hope things are going to get better moving forward.

I want to start off by saying that I had my first patient appointment and everyone was very polite from the moment I walked in to when I left. Everyone greats you with a smile and are very professional. The young lady who cleaned my teeth did an amazing job. I was a bit afraid because Ive had braces and it was my first cleaning since I got them put on. She made me feel very comfortable and eased my fear to getting my cleaning, she was so thrill and educated me with instructions on how to keep up with oral health. I am very pleased with the service I received and I look forward to my next cleaning.

Very pleased with the care my daughter received here, after she accidentally fell and broke one of her teeth. They immediately fit me right in and made my little one feel comfortable while they removed her tooth. Couldnt have asked for better care, would recommend it to anyone who would like to bring there child to a kid friendly dental environment.

The office staff are bilingual, super courteous and friendly and the hygienist gave me educational information on my teeth and overall health that was extremely helpful, the doctor was patient and welcoming. There are many dental offices much closer to my home but it is worth the additional drive time to get dental care at this office.

All these hoes do is stay in the back and gossip and have people wait 45 min after the scheduled apt to finally be checked in. This is work yall not high school. Kiki when youre on break.
