I brought my dog into Banfield pet hospital, after she was hit and ran over by a car. she was barely alive, breathing very little and couldnt move I had to drive five minutes away to get there. I got there and she was fading out quickly breathing less and less. she could barely keep her eyes open and I had to keep talking loudly to keep her awake. as soon as I brought her in, I was in the room for less than five minutes for them to tell me it was severe, which was something I knew already...and they told me she could barely breath which I knew that because she couldnt even lift her neck up. then after I told them that, they slap me with a two hundred dollar bill and told me I had to pay before I leave or I couldnt have my dog to bury. in all what im saying is I stayed there for less than 5 minutes for her to die on their table and for them to tell me everything I already know.

Wow! What an amazing place! Although my puppy died after having him for 5 days, the wonderful care and concern from the staff was overwhelming. Everyone at the hospital was over the top amazing. They were all compassionate, loving and understanding of my situation with Bronx (my pup). Ok... I need to call out a few people but believe me when I say...they are all GREAT. A special shout out to Zac, Cory and Dr. Wilson. Although you may consider this your "jobs", many of us consider you our Heroes. May GOD bless your and the work you do. Dr. Wilson... your compassion was overwhelming. You were truly born to do what you currently do. Remember ... you arent only there for our pets but for us (the humans) as well.

They saved my four legged daughter. I cried when they told me she would have to have emergency surgery. At that point they are no longer a pet, but family. Dr. Jenkins and her dream team brought her back to life and I am forever grateful!!!
