I would not trust any other veterinary facility with my dog! The staff at Animal Amour are wonderful and caring and go above and beyond for us every time we go. My Charlotte was recently diagnosed with cancer and Dr. Quesada went above and beyond researching her type of tumor and finding out about other treatment options to help answer my questions and to help come up with the best options for Charlotte. More recently, she was severely ill from Pancreatitis. She was misgiagnosed by Woodland (I only took her there for absolute emergency and they were a waste of time and money) and fortunately, Dr. Quesada, her regular vet, was able to see her the next day when her condition worsened. One of the nurses who saw Charlotte on her initial visit several months prior came in right away when she saw that we were there for an emergency visit just to check up on her which meant the world to me. Dr. Quesada did some blood work and correctly diagnosed her and gave her treatment that ultimately saved her life. He answered all of my questions at all hours of the day and I now have my happy healthy lady back! At Animal Amour, you really are more than just a name on a file. Their name suits them perfectly. 5 stars with every visit and if I could give more than 5, I would!

The worst experience. I have lodged my dog there twice and both times they have lost items. How do you lose a blanket and toys and food everytime? After these two experiences I will be taking her somewhere else. Frank at the front desk told me "um oh well these things happen." The nurse that was there today was rude because apparently they were not fully staffed. When frank asked her to get my dog she immediately interrupted him and said "Im in a room". I was so upset at their lack of attention. It just makes you wonder if these dogs are actually being cared for or are they just stuck in a kennel. The manager said I can give you a credit towards your next visit. Lady I will not be coming back so why dont you take that credit and apply it to my $80 bill. Plus Arlene called me the day before and asked me if someone was going to pick up my dog. I said no she is staying for 4 days. They need to stay on top of their game.

Hi, I have had problems parting with money for my precious pooch. I have been greatly affected by expensive veterinarians who have no regard to a persons budget. I took my elderly dog in to Animal Amour today. I remembered them from a person that I had talked to in the past. I found that they were very knowledgeable, kind, and reasonable. I feel that I have found the veterinarian who is right for my dog and myself. I really did not feel ripped off and I felt grateful to find someone who cares to treat my dog.

I could write a thousand reasons why Dr Quesada and Animal Amour are the best, but I dont have room. Dr Quesada has seen my furry loved ones for as long as I can remember, I used to drive an hour just to see him... I now drive an hour and a half, and I would farther! The Doctor and his staff are professional, yet still have endless care and compassion for our pets, they are wonderful, endearing, funny, and a absolute pleasure to interact with! I trust Dr Quesada with my best friend and you should too!

I have used Animal Amour to board my dog for five years now. The same group of people have worked there the entire time. This says a lot about the work environment. They are caring and I trust them with my dog. The vet is right on site in case anything happens during boarding. They can even do a minor surgery or salon treatment on your pet while you are on vacation, and they don’t cost an arm and a leg. Overall I found them to be wonderful and I wouldn’t go any place else.

The staff and the doctors are great, especially with my Max. Max has an aggressive nature and I have to muzzle him and sedate before I bring him. I took him today and the sedative didnt seem to set in, but they still take time to take of care of him. They had to give him a tranquilizer to calm him but he needed it. He is probably one of the worse dogs they see but they take time to deal with him and I greatly appreciate that.

Although some of our beloved 4-legged family members have passed on, Animal Amour has been a mainstay providing outstanding pet care and boarding services. Dr. Moroz, Donna, Frank and the entire Animal Amour crew are absolutely wonderful!!! Very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Zion (my Maltese baby) has been a canine patient since he was 8 weeks old. He’s a little over a year old now and still loves coming to Animal Amour. Ive taken several animals to Animal Amour over the years, but today will be my last time. After witnessing Franks attitude and nastiness to one of the nurses I have no wish to ever go back. Everyone else has always been pleasant and great to work with, but if Frank can get away with that behavior on a coworker, I dont want him near my pets.
