Wanted to thank Dr Kyle for an excellent care and expertise in care and treatment of my cat. First we saw Dr Benton who was very knowledgeable and very nice and then Dr Kyle took over in final diagnosis and treatment plan. My cat has stones in her bladder and instead of giving her a surgery right away and obviously earning over $2,000, Dr Kyle recommended a different treatment plan that would be best for my cat. And by the way, she called around 9pm to talk about my cats lab results (she is definitely a very dedicated veterinarian whos work doesnt stop after hospital closes). I had a terrible experience before with a different vet who diagnosed my cat with cancer and told me to get her operated ASAP and the cat only lived for 1 week after the surgery in terrible pain and I spent around $2,000 (obviously it was about money in that case and they didnt even bother to return me any money back for unsuccessful surgery and he said it was the only way to make a cat live longer). So now I have something to compare with and I can assure that Vets at "Kyle" are there to help your pet, they are very dedicated to make them feel better and not just get the most money out of pet owner. And the hospital is very clean with very helpful staff. Thank you!

Very expensive for what you get. We just put down our senior dog. He went into heart/ respiratory failure. When we took him in they charged us a bunch then just referred us over to the emergency clinic. If it was a true emergency they could have told us that from the beginning and saved us the $200 and the extra 2 hours we spent at the appointment- which could have actually made a difference in getting him the emergency care he needed. We went to put him down a few weeks later and that didnt go very smoothly. We adopt senior dogs so we have put a few down and it has never gone like this before. Usually it is a quick, painless process but we had to watch him wither away for about 30 minutes until the vet suggested a higher dosage..... why wasnt this given from the beginning? The whole point of putting him down was for him to be out of the pain he felt... We dont recommend. Our vets office in Indy charged half the amount and we got much better care, answers to our questions, and cheaper referral process. We will not be going back.

You can tell that everyone here genuinely cares about the animals, and theyre always helpful when you have questions about your pet. The peace of mind that comes with Kyle Veterinary is priceless!

Dr. Kyle is amazing. We rescued a 10 day old kitten 2 years ago and she has helped us through everything. Even with a 50% chance of survival she made it and we could not have done it without Dr. Kyle! I would never go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Kyle!

Staff and service are fantastic. My dog absolutely loves boarding there, and they take great care of her. Prices are a little on the high side, but probably commensurate with the location and service level.
