Great New Staff! Best Vet Experience Ever! Shocked? I was too! The reviews here were not so great, but I had a good experience last year and decided to come back. None of the staff were the same from last year, and at first that made me sad, since I had a pleasant experience with everyone. BUT I got to say the staff there currently, including Dr. Greggs, are AMAZING! Every.Single.One. of them were exceptional. The majority had been there for 3 months so know that old reviews dont count! Dr. Greggs has such a pleasant demeanor with both pet and owner. I was very grateful for his willingness to answer questions. The BEST thing about my experience was how patient the staff were with me and my shy dog. Dr. Greggs waited for my dog to feel comfortable and did not rush through the appointment. On that note, afternoons and evenings are really busy for this clinic. I recommend morning appointments if possible for everyone who is wanting a calmer experience. I will be back again!! FIVE FLIPPIN STARS!

I really was not impressed with the place. I did not like the check-in process. Totally waste of time. I guess Banfield is just a chain of animal hospitals. I did not feel very welcome when I entered or even when I was waiting. Also, I did not like Dr. Bose. All she was worried about was putting my estimate together to tell me my total costs for the visit. I wasted hour and half to get vaccination shots. WHY? You complete an exam and give three shots. I guess Im used to smaller family-oriented animal hospitals who care about your dog and you as well. So, I will not be back next year.

I have had very bad experiences with some employees of this Banfield pet hospital in the past, but this visit makes up for it. All employees were extremely nice, helpful, and sweet. They made us feel welcome, and they were very calm and loving when dealing with my pet. Kenisha assisted us in the front desk, she made sure my pet was seen right away, and after even showed me the correct food buy! Lauren, and Dr. Baker Smith were also wonderful. I couldnt help but leave with a smile on my face!

Dont take your pet here if theyre very sick. The staff here are very friendly and they all really seemed to care, but long story short they arnt very knowledgeable about illnesses and just threw antibiotics at us. Took my animal to a new vet who knew his stuff and he said what this petsmart vet had given me was useless for her condition. These guys would be great for small things I assume, but if your animal is very ill take them somewhere better.

Nothing is done in front of you, pets are removed from the room. I was given incorrect dosage information on my dogs medicine. I was also told she had an umbilical hernia but they didnt explain what it was or what the dangers were, the vet just left. I think there are a few choice workers there who know what theyre doing but that is not reason enough for me to put my pup in harms way. Sorry Banfield, you lose.

I used to go to this location a handful of years ago, and it was alright... nothing worth writing a review over. Ive moved back into the area, and its a completely different staff. Everyone is so friendly and personable, and I love how great they are with my boys every time I come in. I know Banfield sometimes gets a bad rap, but I couldnt be happier with this location.

The doctor (name I will not disclose) misdiagnosed my hamster TWICE in which she soon passed within a week of treatments. I knew more information about hamsters than the actual techs & doctor at this banfield & I dont have a vet degree! If you have an exotic pet, try your luck else where folks.
