I originally set up an appointment to have my dogs paw looked at after breaking a nail to make sure it hadnt gotten infected. The woman at the front desk was very helpful when I had initially called, and gone in. But the technician this doctors office put me with was beyond what I had ever seen at a vets office. She came in and barely let my dog let her sniff her or get to know her and all of a sudden snatched her by the collar to try to bring her closer. As she vigorously snagged my dog off of her own feet, she frightened my dog SO bad to the point where in the last 3.5 years of having her, I had never seen her react like this. She yelped, freaked out, and urinated all over like I have never seen. After this happened, I was very unhappy and the technician with her bad temper only argued with anything I had to say; the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. After I was told to wait for the doctor, I proceeded to exit the room and tell the original very kind woman up front that I was not going to take this kind of treatment from a vet, and I wanted my dogs medical papers so I could leave. In doing this, the technician overheard what I was saying and STILL continued to try to argue with me. I would rather travel an hour back to my original doctor where I know my dog will be treated kindly, gently, and respectively.

I have been bringing my dogs and cats to crossroads for years. The staff are wonderfully sweet and helpful, and the vets are caring and compassionate! They always make time to see my pets, even if they are busy. I had to put down two of my dogs whom had cancer, Dr Evans and Dr Clark both came in to see us afterwards to provide support. They are both very patient with answering any questions I might have, and always strive to provide the best care they can.They saved two of my dogs lives, both had pancreatitis, if it wasnt for them my babies could have died so I will be forever grateful, Ill never bring my pets anywhere else!

What a wonderful veterinay hospital. The staff was fantastic! What a difference from where I was taking my dog before to bringing my dog here. Everyone was so loving and caring to him. You can really tell these people care about their patients. Nothing was pushed on me and the dr. sat with me to answer concerns I had. My dog is a little anxious and they took the extra time needed to make both of us feel at ease. l cannot say enough good things! I am sorry it took so long for me to find them, but am thirilled I did. If youre unhappy with your vet, I highly recommend you check them out.

My First Dalmatian went to Crossroads for most of her life. The team was always wonderful and even tho my Dal was wary, she was always BEYOND thrilled to see everyone here. It made me feel great to know she was in good hands. I am now on my second Dal, and even tho the drive is 30 miles away, I still go to Crossroads for Kenneling. There is just not a better spot that I have found. The staff here are amazing and always willing to help. #ThankYou

I came in today with no appointment and they graciously took the time to help me with a stray dog I found yesterday. Dr. Clark took time out of her busy schedule and talked to me about my concerns and helped me get on a treatment plan for my dog I hopefully get to keep since her past owners were very neglectful. Thank you so much Crossroads Veterinary Hospital. The entire staff was so helpful and kind, and made me feel at home.

Years ago my baby was having an issue with his hips. We went to a few differen clinics, all handled our situation aloof and uncomforting. Then we went to Crossroads. What ended up being one of the most challenging journeys we ever took, Dr. Karen was honest, understanding and compassionate, while taking the best care of my best friend for nearly 14 yrs. Been coming back ever since and am forever grateful!

Our animals have been patients here for 15 years and we wouldnt want to go anywhere else! The doctors listen well and are open to our holistic view of treatment. We so appreciate that they offer both traditional and alternative options for treatments. The staff are professional and have very big hearts. Thank you so much for being in our community!

I have been going to Crossroads not long after i moved to Woodstock in 1999. Dr Karen Clark and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful. Very loving and caring and they take the time to answer your questions. They keep my dogs healthy and have been very compassionate when I have had 2 cross the rainbow bridge.

they worked me in as a new patient. Everyone was nice. It turned out to be a sprained shoulder and he didnt try to sell me xrays (said if it was broken he wouldnt be walking as well as he was) or other stuff I didnt need. We will be going here from now on.

Crossroads has always been amazing with my pets, and with me. My precious furbaby got really sick and we had to put him down. Dr. Paul and his techs were so patient and compassionate with me as I was emotionally distraught over losing my furbaby.

My dog had an unlucky encounter with a stray cat and had gashes all over. I brought him in to Dr. Evans and he calmed him down, treated his wounds, and had him acting normal again in no time. Very pleased with the animal care
