Dr. Haden and his staff cared for our family pet, Jack for 5 years until moving to Florida this year. We got Jack as 1- week old rescue in Winston-Salem, NC. Dr. Haden did puppy screening and later neutering. When jack was a couple of years old he started itching and scratching to the point whelps and open sores wwere the result. He went through a couple of courses of antibiotics and steroids with limited effect. We know that could continue long term without liver damage or other problems. Then Dr. Haden became one of limited number of vets to prescribe Apoquel, and it was like heaven sent. The drug is amazing in that it virtually stops itching and weve seen no side effects. A couple of times while on long trips we ran out of Apoquel and scratching started back in two days. Dr. Haden and staff mailed new supplies on both occasions. Veterinary care is not cheap, but getting good, loving care is so worth it. Thanks to Dr. Haden, Jamie and Krista for 5 years of great care.

My first experience was fairly positive, but it is clear to me now, after going back, that this is not the type Vet I want to do business with. It is clear that his interest is not in animal care, but instead the almighty dollar. During my first visit, he did some blood tests and then provided a prescription for my Poodles seizures. He did not provide for any refills. Upon going back today, I found they would not refill the prescription, but instead told me I had to make another appointment to bring her back in for blood work. Just a way to gouge a Customer instead of concern for the animal. It is known that seizures are typically a chronic condition and should have warranted a refill on the prescription on the initial visit if he hadnt been so concerned with being so money motivated. I had already paid for his diagnosis and supposed expertise during my first visit without having to pay again. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this VET.

I cannot state how much I love this Vet, Dr. Haden, and his staff. They treat my two dogs like they were their own. I feel they are very reasonably priced and I have never once felt they cared more about the money than my pets. Even when my yorkie needed surgery for a bladder stone, the price was very reasonable and in fact less than half of what I was quoted from our previous vet. I trust their judgement and feel that Dr. Hadens wonderful care is one reason my thirteen year old yorkie is still here with us. My dogs love going to the vet and I dont have any worries when I have to leave them there as I know they will be taken care of and looked after. You cannot go wrong using Animal Medical Center of Holly Springs.

We have been taking our two dogs to Dr. Haden for three years this October. Both dogs are very nervous but he takes his time( as do his staff) to make them feel comfortable at the start of and during the consultation. He listens carefully to what I have to say and then gives a thorough examination before deciding the course of action. When one of our dogs had an epileptic fit early in the morning, his nurse called him at home and he came in an hour early to see her. That is what I call a very good and thoughtful service and am happy we chose to go to his facility. The nursing staff are also very calm and helpful when we take in our dogs, making them feel much less stressed than can be the case in some Vet offices.

I have two dogs and recently moved to the Woodstock area. We needed to get our younger dog fixed /get his shots renewed and started looking for a vet. The Animal Medical Center of Holly Springs has been amazing! This was my first experience with getting a dog fixed and the day after I thought I was seeing some abnormal results, they encouraged me to bring him by for a quick check at no charge, and encouraged me to send pictures a few times to determine everything was healing properly. Everytime I bring my pups in they are quick and extremely friendly! Will be recommending them to anyone looking for a vet in the area!

As someone with 4 dogs, 1 cat and who works in rescue, I have dealt with many a veterinary office, and Dr. Haden and his crew are the top brass. Techs/support staff are ALWAYS so kind and gentle. You can tell that they genuinely care about the animals they are dealing with. Dr. Haden is super great with our babies and very knowledgeable, addressing all of our concerns. When we go in, they all remember us and our pets! It is a nice, personal experience that you dont find many places any more. As long as I am living in the area, I will bring my pets to Animal Med Center of HS! They are just the best!

We had an emergency with our female Frenchy and she needed a c-section now. My sister and her had just come in from California just days before and we were completely screwed financially. The doctor decided to take the dog and do the cessarian and delivered four healthy and beautiful puppies. Our female was unstable still after a couple of hours and he kept her until she able to get along by herself. Since then we have visited with the puppies and our other dog and have been happy with the care the dogs received. All and all it was a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone.

The entire staff at AMC is wonderful! They have handled everything from putting my dog to sleep, chronic allergies and snake bites with nothing but kindness and professionalism. They are also the fairest with pricing that I have EVER come across. When dealing with chronic problems they do not make me come in every time for a "consultation" and then charge me for a diagnosis I already now. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. You and your four legged family members will be relieved to have this group of people looking after them.

We moved to Holly Springs about 7 months ago and they were the closest to our home, so we used them a couple of times. Every time we visited I would ask what the charges were going to be before we came, and both times, at check out, our bill was more than double what we were told! This last time I was told that a cleaning for my dogs teeth was $80.00, they did not tell me about the $69.00 anesthesia, two $55.00 injections, $20.00 catheter and $22.00 influenza shot that my dog had to have to be treated at their facility! I will NOT be going back!!!!

I have never been more confident and comfortable with a Veterinarian and his staff. Dr. Haden and the staff truly care about their patients and families and it shows. Our family has had very tough decisions recently with 2 of our senior pets. Without Animal Medical Center, I dont know how we would have gotten through it. Thank you all so much, it meant the world to us. Animal Medical Center of Holly Springs is absolutely the best!!!!
