We just recently had to put our pet cat Sassy down. She was an elderly cat and has not been in the best of health lately. But I did not realize that while vacationing just a few weeks ago that she would really take a turn for the worst. Dr. Hill told us before we left for our vacation that my daughter could bring her in anytime to see how she was doing while we were away. My daughter did have to bring Sassy in because she would not eat or take her medicine. It turned out that she did have a mass continuing to grow in her mouth and nothing else could be done. I have to say that Dr. Hill and his staff were just so amazing and handled our situation with such peace and calm and great care. We felt so bad that we could not be with Sassy during this time but the staff at Pet Care Animal Hospital handled everything for us and I know they took such good care of Sassy while helping her get to a better place. Dr. Hill and his staff are very passionate and caring and I am so happy to have my pets under his care!! Thanks again Dr. Hill, Dr. Krowec and staff~!

Well, I guess it depends on what you are looking far. It does seem that they are a bit higher priced then other vets I have used in the past. However, I have found the level of care fantastic. When our dog ate a plastic library card Dr Hill let us come in & he didnt charge us for the visit. He did not suggest tests & just told us to watch him. Our dog was fine. When he developed a rash the day before our vacation Dr Hill suggested we board with him. His boarding services were 1/2 of what we were paying elsewhere. They tended to that rash daily & it was all cleared up when we returned. The groomer there is also absolutely fantastic & very reasonable. We can get a full cut on our bushy terrier/ mutt/mix, nails the works for $40. We are very happy with them & we will not change vets to save a few dollars. Ive found other vets will order bloodwork, tests etc that arent often needed.

Very over priced! Our dog needed a couple procedures done using anesthesia. They wouldnt do both procedures at once. He wanted to put our dog under twice which sounded crazy to me. I believe it was so he could charge us twice. I called around and other vets have said that they would do both procedures at once. Why would you put your dog under twice. Also we paid for a puppy pack and we switched vets, so we didnt use all of the puppy pack. I wanted to be reimbursed, lets just say that was a joke. I feel like they screwed us. I would not recommend Petcare Animal Hospital at all. There are so much better vets out there, look around and find the best one for you. In my opinion this isnt it.

This is going to sound weird but...I took my two dogs to get their shots and they actually enjoyed it. The Vet and Steve were so good with them...they didnt even notice that anything "icky" was happening. I wont have to "trick them" into going to the Vet anymore. They actually had fun! (BTW---Even the Receptionist is wonderful. She saved the credit card that i accidentally left for months and worked diligently to return it.) I highly recommend PetCare Animal Hospital. Their hours are great!!! Saturday and Sunday hours at regular rates and extended weekday hours---who can beat that?

Very disappointing. Took my first animal to Petcare in 1988. Went back when we adopted a rabbit. When I called for an appointment on a Saturday for a rabbit that we said was not eatting (which is life threatening for them), we were told that they were completely booked. However, when I drove by at 12 (which hours state they are open until 2), there was no one there and no lights. If you are not going to be there, tell the truth. Dont say you are booked. I was able to find someone that took him, even when they were booked. Will never go back.

My daughter and I dropped off her rabbit to be boarded for a week(Aug29-Sept5). We left half of a huge bag of hay and a bag of pellets. When my Fiance picked the rabbit up a week later, she was told that we never dropped off any food and on top of that, we were missing a piece to the water bottle that holds the bottle securely to the cage. When I called to complain, I got the (I was not here) response. Needless to say, they lost a future customer for life and get a bad review. Hope the bags of rabbit food and losing the bottle piece was worth it.

Ive been a client at PetCare for several years now and cant be happier with their professionalism and attention to detail. Dr. Hill and the staff have helped us through the aging of a treasured member of our family in such a way that I will never forget their kindness. Theyve also recently helped us welcome a new member to the family as well. I always feel that our pet is the priority and that their wellness and longevity is everyones ultimate goal. Dr. Hill in extremely wonderful veterinarian and has a staff that is very caring and loving and makes you feel it home in really gets to know your pets and your needs. They will do a great job and guiding you through any type of crisis situation with your pet and help teach you how to monitor and regulate whatever medications are observations that need to be made. Just cant say enough good things about Petcare Animal Hospital

PETCARE Animal Hospital is fantastic. Theyve always been able to get my dogs in quickly, the staff is courteous, and very kind to my dogs. I have a special needs dog who was terribly abused before we adopted him, and the doctors and techs are very understanding and gentle with him. They are reasonably priced, conveniently located, and weve always had a great experience with them. Highly recommend!

When I called the first thing They asked was whats a sugar glider. On surgery day the vet tech had no clue what a sugar glider was. My glider survived being neutered which is a plus. Then I was stuck with a $311 bill. 50 of it was for restraint. Not sure why a mouse sized animal needs restrained while hes anesthatized. I guess these people know theyre the only exotic vet for quite a few miles.

I have never had a bad experience here, they are very personable and love my frenchie Mambo. They are easy to communicate with and are very reasonable in costs. Most vets try to take advantage of their clients so we have bounced around a lot, until we came to Petcare Animal Hospital and now we are really happy and have recommended them to all family and friends.

I came to this Vet after a referral from a friend of mine, and I was more than satisfied with the results. They were friendly, informative, well priced, and quick. My little pup was treated with great care and they always made sure he was comfortable. I would recommend this hospital to anyone in search of a good Vet. Keep up the good work!!
