Ignore the reviews on emergency vets--theyre talking about the Emergency Veterinary Clinic up the road. Red Bank Veterinary Hospital has normal office hours. I took my cat in after she started wheezing. Dr. Ryan was gentle, took time to explain everything that was going on, and was very patient and kind when I broke down upon finding out my cat was terminally ill. The whole staff was understanding and gave me space rather than being cold or artificially "sympathetic." It was an awful awful day, but the people here couldnt have been better, I absolutely recommend this place. I really appreciate the doctor taking the time to explain all the options, and being upfront about the seriousness of the condition. Its really clear hes in it because he loves animals, and thats worth its weight in gold when youre looking for a vet.

WONDERFUL place to take your "babies." You can tell that the staff really loves and cares for animals. Dr. Ryan was wonderful and gentle with my dog, Emma. April was great, too. I felt very comfortable leaving Emma there for her spay. They treat your pets like family and I got a good feeling as soon as I walked in their door. If you are looking for a competent and loving staff, take your pets here!

This place is awesome! Staff is very friendly and courteous. No pressure and they love your pet. Price is very reasonable and to me the care provided is better. Grooming is fantastic. I took my dog here years ago but then moved and tried All Creatures. Now we are back with our new family. Wouldnt go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

I find this Veterinary care center to be top notch. It is a homey space, has caring workers, and dedicated DVMs to care for your pet. I have used their services since 98 or 99 and couldnt be more satisfied. Cheers

Terrible vet hospital. Medications are constantly forgotten for animals. The facility is disgusting. Animals are lost on the daily. If you want your animal healthy and well taken care of find somewhere else to go.

Front desk staff was very sweet and kind. Doctor was aloof and not very empathetic. We felt very pressured financialy. They kept our dog overnight and did a great job. Not sure I will return in the future.

Way too expensive! They charged $280 to wrap up a cut on my dogs ear and they suggested he get stiches that would have cost $700 and by the next day the cut was fine.

Weve been taking our dogs to Red Bank for 15 years and we love everyone there. Dr. Ryan is kind and caring and easy to talk to. Hes always there when we need him.
