I was not pleased. I felt they were overpriced, and did not consult with you before running a test regarding how much each individual cost would be. I thought that was common practice. When my bill for 2 pets turned into nearly $400, I asked if I could do a payment plan, and I was told, "No, we expect payment before you leave." As a follow up, I wound up having to take one of my kitties to a different vet due to an illness within 10 days, and I was told how much each procedure would cost before hand, and was counseled regarding my sick pet. I was able to get more answers from the other vet than here. I would not recommend them. The staff is friendly, but the price is high, and my pet was still sick.

I dont know how this place is still in business, the lady I encountered was so rude, I was wanting to speak with a Dr and not just the receptionist, she said there too busy to worry about your concerns and I tried to send my boyfriend in thinking maybe she was just having a bad day, he went in person the next day and encountered her being racist.. So unprofessional and rude.

When I moved to we found Dr. Smith and her wonderful staff by chance. 15 years and 6 animals later, I wouldnt change vets if you paid me to. Theyve seen me through new pets, illnesses, injuries and sadly (but inevitably) lost pets with great skill, care and compassion.

I take my dogs to be groomed by Steve. He is the best! My dogs love him. They get all excited to see him. The groom is excellent! It is very clean and the staff is kind.Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend taking your pet there!
