I really like Valeria the dental hygienist. I would highly recommend her! She gets 5 stars! She is really excellent at cleanings and educating you on your oral health. My one complaint with this dental office is they constantly screw up the billing for my insurance. They have miss billed my insurance 4 times. I go for a cleaning literally every six months which is covered by my insurance 100% and for the passed two years they have miss billed every time!! Four different times!!? My second complaint is they arent super knowledgeable with insurance coverage at all. I spoke with the desk staff about the possibility of getting braces and what my insurance covers and she told me it would take up to 30 days to find an answer. I know my insurance covers ortho 50% yet she told me my dental insurance doesnt cover ortho and that most dental insurance doesnt. I told her mine does and asked her to verify how much it would cost with insurance covering 50% she told me that it would take 30 days?! They had previously quoted me $2800 for braces which is a steal but, she couldnt tell me if that was with ortho coverage or without and that would take 30 days to find out? I am trying to give them a chance because I love Valeria. But I am super frustrated with the continuous mess ups with the billing of my insurance.

I came in with a horrendous toothache to another dentists office. It had been bothering me non stop for years. Got an x ray for $40. Not bad. However was told that the tooth isnt bad enough to pull. I begged and pleaded, but the lady at the other dental offices employees response was quite snotty and underhanded. Exact verbatim; Well try a filling, and if that doesnt work well do a root canal. That response does not instill confidence in their services. They didnt even offer to prescribe me antibiotics. So i stormed out embarrassed and insulted. My spouses father called this company, as he is a loyal customer. They were very caring, and took the time to hear what was going on. They understood why i didnt want to end up possibly spending almost 1200 dollars on a tooth that was falling apart. Especially when i still have wisdom teeth. They were hesitant, however they did it without making me feel like i was giving an insane request. They pulled two molars, (one had abscessed because of another) for a total of $300. In less than 2 hours. VERY WELL WORTH IT. I will only go there from now on. You guys are awesome!!! Thanks from the bottom of my heart, for doing the right thing for your customers.

I am a first time patient. I live in the Holladay area and found this little gem of an office. The parking lot is plentiful and the interior of the office is like a 5 star luxury hotel with Marble and wood every where. There where TVs and kids section with PlayStation set up if you have children. I was immediately greeted by George, the office manager who had taken my appt call. He was clear and concise on my first time patient form and was lead into to get my check-up/x-rays/cleaning done. The technician and dentist where both extremely friendly and thorough. They both took time to walk me through the process they take, step-by-step, and they also took time to answer my questions with detailed explanations. This was very appreciated as I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist =) Upon completion of this standard visit. The dentist took time to review the results and options available to me. There was no pushiness or sense of urgency created, instead they reviewed the priorities and I walked out knowing that I will in fact be a return patient. Bought one of those Amazon deals for an implant. $1500 is a lot to give anyone, but after doing some research I felt confident with my deal. And my gut was right. Oral Design Dental did a phenomenal and professional job taking care of my needs. I would recommend them to anyone without doubt. I was going to write them a personal thank you note but decided on submitting this review since its so rare that there is something wonderful to say about a business, and they deserve a shout out for new patients. My new tooth and I are very happy together and I owe all of it to Oral Dental Design.

Overall, my experience with Oral Design Dental has been positive. I spent a few days researching dental offices to find a place that can work with me, since my insurance doesnt cover certain dental procedures. I found a deal on Groupon and wanted to find out more before I made my purchase. The office was more than willing to not only honor the Groupon rate, but let me pay installments. My procedure came out excellent and highly recommend their office. There is a reason they were best in state for 2017. You will not find a better dental office than this one.

They were incredible knowledgable on the process & took the time to make sure they looked exactly the way I wanted. I absolutely like Oral Design Dentals services! I cant describe a lot because I dont have enough English but I really know that there are an amazing specialists there. They know what to do and how to do. I believe them. Yesterday, for example, I have had big surgery with two implants and one other bridge... Today I feel good! And I am working now! I am so happy I found this place! This last visit was my third visit. On every visit I have been seen promptly. Everyone that has attended me has been attentive and kind. Dr. Gardner is very proficient and efficient. He had to do a surgery to correct a problem from a dental implant dentist I went to previously. The results turned out better than expected! I highly recommend Dr. Gardner and Oral Design Center. And, besides their great service and expertise, their prices cant be beat!

Im very happy with Oral Design Dental team. Those guys are very Profesional and honest. They never selling more than needed. My previous Dentist said that I need the root canal and the crown on the top. I luckely went to Oral Design. Ended up with just a simple filling. My tooth is great and a saved a money for my vocation trip. Thanks Oral Design. They are great. Highly recomend to everyone.

I really want to recomend these guys because of all the work they did for us. We lost our dental insurance last year but we had to get the kids in for an exam. The office staff really worked with us to help set up a program for monthly payments that has been a HUGE help. I really have to recomend them for all of their hard work. They are caring, understanding and professional
