My son recently had a cavity filled, and I saw the signs explaining that parents will not be allowed in the back while the dentist works so that he concentrate and provide the best possible service. (This rule does not apply for regular cleanings, you can sit with them for that) Ok- but its my kid I want to go back with him! I want to see him act loopy on laughing gas! However, I complied and stayed out in the waiting area. This is where it all became clear to me. The adults in the waiting room were way more annoying than any of the kids, and in attempt to get kids to be on their best behavior, they only made it worse. I dont mean to sound judgey, but no wonder the dentist doesnt want anyone else back there! I mean really, some parents just really elevate the stress the child is in. And believe it or not, children are capable of being brave and behaving when youre not around. Now if you have trust issues, then I totally understand why youd feel the need to find another doctor and thats ok! Some people arent comfortable with it! But for me, I get it. I completely trust the staff and dentist. They are all such sweet and caring people. They were so great with my child and made him feel comfortable and important, thats what I care about most (along with being trained and qualified, but of course they are, so I digress). The staff and dentist was so kind and sweet to my child, he LOVED it! He felt so proud and independent that he was brave when I wasnt there. I love this office and will keep taking my kiddos there!

Weve searched for a dentist for our kids. Weve never had an dentist where I just felt comfortable with their treatment and that we were listened to, that is until I found Kids Town Pediatric Dentistry! We actually found them from a recommendation from a friend when we had a problem with our previous dentist. Kids Town got us right in when we were having an emergency and our old dentist told us they couldnt see us for a week. My 5 year old ended up needed antibiotics and a root canal because the old dentist kept telling us there was nothing wrong. Kids Town got us in right away and got her on antibiotics and fixed the tooth that was causing trouble. I never could recommend a dentist before now, but now I tell anyone looking for a dentist how great Kids Town is. The staff are so great with the kids and talk to them like they are important and listen to how how feel. I have three kids and they make sure to schedule is so we get them all in at the same time and we dont spend the whole day at the dentist waiting for them to each be seen. I honestly couldnt be happier with our experience. My kids love going to the dentist now because they have fun, it isnt boring and they are treated like the matter! Its awesome!!!

We originally went to the Roy location. My son had an infected tooth. He had a bad experience with a previous dentist. We brought him to Kids Town Pediatric Dentistry and he had a fun time. Dr Brett was super patient and got to talking with my son before he tried looking in his mouth. It was comforting to my son and I that they were not trying to rush us through the appointment like at previous place we have been. The staff is so encouraging and nice. We had to schedule to have a spacer put in and the tooth removed. They were able to get us scheduled quickly at the Layton location were the staff there was also amazing. Dr. Renn took care of the work that had to be done. He was quick when my son had to do the IV anesthesia so we didnt have to pay more than the required hour. All around great company and great kid friendly dentists. I would highly recommend Kids Town to anyone!

The doctors and hygienists were very nice when my kids went in for a cleaning and the office itself was fun for the kids. My problem came when they needed some cavities filled and the staff wouldnt let anyone go back with them. I decided to find another doctor who would allow me to stay in the room while they did fillings. I asked them if I would be able to come back if I stayed way out of the way and didnt bring anyone else with me but they still said no. I think it should be the parents decision to make that choice, not the dentist. I watched as another boy was dragged from his mothers arms crying but the staff refused to let the mother come back. It was traumatic just to watch it with someone elses child and so Ive decided to find another dentist that I feel more comfortable with.

Dr. Brett was so awesome with my daughter. She wouldnt go back when they called her name so I told her to bring some play food with her. She probably played lunch with Dr. Brett for 5 minutes at least. He gained her trust and he was able to fix her tooth. They were quick and had a plan for every problem. She got apprehensive in the middle of the procedure but they didnt give up. After about a half a week she forgot all the hard things and wants to go back. Not bad for a 2 year old but the staff had a lot to do with it. She noticed pictures on the wall that I didnt and loved them. She was so excited to pick her prizes too. They also got us in very fast. Thanks for taking excellent care of my baby I was a nervous wreck wondering how shed do.

Today my two year old daughter fell and busted her front tooth. It was pushed forward and the tooth had chipped. We live an hour and a half away and came to see our Primary care dentist in the area hoping he could take care if it. He wasnt comfortable with the tooth extraction because of her age. We called around and NO ONE would see her today. By chance we drove by Kids Town Pediatric Dentistry and thankfullythey were able to help us immediately. All the staff has been amazing. We also found out that our daughter wasnt on our insurance so we had to pay cash. This whole procedure was incredibly affordable. It it is definitely worth the drive to come here. Shes taken care of and were happy. Thank you!!!

Kids town is amazing! My daughters love coming here each every time, no matter what service they need. They cater to children with tvs on the ceilings, headphones and the entire place is painted with current movie characters. I highly recommend this dentist. They have fast appts for dental issues and are super gentle when the children are scared. Their office is currently decorated by murals of all kids of children movies! #freeseaquest #kidstowndental

My kids love going to see the dentists here. The staff have always been great with our kids and we have been going here since they opened. The walls are painted with just about every Disney character you can imagine. My 2 year old loves the paintings. There are video games, a movie screen, and a play room in the main waiting area. The rest of the place is open with video screens for the kids to watch. If youre looking for a dentist, give them a try.
