I visited for one appointment and it wasnt bad enough that I wouldnt go back (keep reading for why its now 1-star). They messed up the schedule, had me scheduled for a consultation instead of a cleaning (why else would I go to the dentist?) but managed to work me in so whatever. Fluoride treatment was this newfangled 3M goopy sticky stuff thats supposed to be better because it stays on longer, but personally it was really annoying. The dentist himself was fine, nice and polite and everything, seemed competent, I didnt feel pressured for any extra treatments (although they do have product ads plastered throughout the office). So here is the kicker. I scheduled the next 6 month appointment for 6 months out. A week before the scheduled date, they called to say they werent going to have a dentist working that day, so we rescheduled for a month later, their first available, on Tuesday which the lady said was the only day of the week they have a dentist there (weird??). OK, sure. Appt scheduled for 8:30am. I get the confirmation call the friday before saying 8:30am. I show up at 8:30am, no receptionist, nothing, one of the assistants says "we have you scheduled for 11:30!" I couldnt do 11:30 so I said, wow you really mess up scheduling, sorry I cant do it. This was 2 weeks ago, and today I just got a BILL in the mail for the cleaning they never did because they messed up the schedule. Guess whos getting an angry call tomorrow!

I went to Bright Now Dental to get veneers/crown for my upper four front teeth. When the veneers came and they were glued on they forgot to rinse of the veneer leaving a drop of green mouthwash trapped in between my tooth and the veneer. The doctor then said that it would just dissolve within a week or two. I went back two weeks later because my tooth was still green. I was really upset for them messing up my smile so they said that additional costs to fix the issue will be covered by them. The veneer was then removed and a new one was ordered. When it finally arrived two weeks later it did not match any of my teeth. That one veneer was a very bright white. I was crying of how upset i was so i told them that i was going to be fixed that day because it was their fault. I went to the actual location where they actually make the veneers to make sure that they would get the correct shape and color of my tooth. Once I had the veneer on hand i went back to the dentist office to have it glued on. It turns out that it has now been a year and my veneer is falling off. This has been the worst nightmare of my life. I have never been so unhappy with anything as much as i am with this place. Please do not go there unless you want to be depressed, angry and unhappy by receiving the worst dental care of your life and living you with a messed up smile. If there was a way to give zero stars I would.

Dr Collins recommended I have my silver fillings replaced even though I was having no issues. After the horror story he gave me about what issues I could end up having I decided to do it since my insurance covered most of the cost. Ive had constant pain in one of the teeth ever since and their only recommendation was a root canal. I argued with them that I shouldnt have to pay since they were the ones that said I should do it. That got me nowhere so I will now be finding a different dentist. I have also gotten numerous bills from them with no explanation for the charges. When I went into the office to ask about it they couldnt even explain the reason for the charges. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This place has gone above and beyond with my treatment which included multiple root canals , fillings and a night guard. I originally transferred my care here from another unrelated office because I felt I wasnt be heard by my previous dentist. Dr. Garcia is kind, patient, through, and quite funny. Though Doc is awesome it Leanne the office manager is really what makes this place special. Nothing is done with out my consent, and no matter how any times I change my treatment plan she is happy to oblige and keep me updated. Im incredibly grateful for her and all the Bright now Staff. She even got me a same day apt to fix my bite on my temporary crown...on a Friday... just so I would be in pain all weekend.

This place is a joke. They try scare tactics to get you to do unnessisary work. Told me and my wife that we had to have a overpriced deep cleaning when initially we went in to have a regular cleaning and only recived a "evaluation"and about 50 xrays each that Im sure they billed our insurance company for. Complete waist of time. Since going there we have recived countless letters and ploys in the mail to get us to contact their office. Bad buisness practice. Do not go here!! Unless you like to be harassed. Normally dont do reveiws thats how bad this place is!

It had been 20 plus years since I have seen a dentist. I was having some teeth issues and found Dr Peter Garcia st Brightnow dentists. He is so calm and has such a soothing voice. I am working on a treatment plan at my own pace and within my budget needs. This guy is the best Ive ever been to. If you are afraid.....come here. I will never let my teeth go again as long as Dr Garcia is here to help me. The root canal doctor was awesome as well.

Went here for a root canal. Ive had 2 others in the past done by a different dentist and they were so painful!!! BUT The dentist (Ill have to find his name and add it) was so wonderful! He was caring and quick and efficient. The front desk staff werent too nice and helpful at first but changed to very helpful after a while. I am terrified of dentist and dental work but they took good care of me and worked with me.

Greatest experience ever! The office manager Leanne is the absolute best and most personable member of the staff. Walk in and was immediately greeted with a smile, short wait time and great atmosphere. I felt totally comfortable with the doctor and hygienist and understood everything I needed done. I will definitely reccomend Bright Now Dental to all my friends and coworkers.

Stay far away from Dr Collins, hes a complete douchebag. From the second we saw him he made you feel like it was an inconvenience to him that youre there for help. Someone needs to take him off his high horse and back down to the real world. His patients are how he gets a paycheck not his ego.

Dr. Jones is amazing as well as his staff. He is so personable and friendly. His staff is super professional and efficient. When you go there its like going to see a friend. I recommend them to everyone. Fast, friendly, and affordable!
