My husbands family has gone to this dentist for ages. Last year, my husband started having an issue with an abscessed tooth. We went to see Dr. Taylor since he was Kevins childhood dentist and his parents still use him today. We were self pay at the time choosing to opt out of just the dental with his company insurance since dental insurance doesnt usually cover much. Dr. Taylors office did xrays, and an oral exam, gave him antibiotics and then did a deep root cleaning in 2 visits. Last I knew, an abscessed tooth usually requires a root canal. Dr. Taylor told my husband a root canal was not needed because his tooth was not dead (mine wasnt dead when I had one done) and this made no sense to us. They told us the deep root cleaning would fix the problem, but if it didnt he needed to come back in for a "hygiene visit". What is a deep root cleaning considered then and why would he need a hygiene visit so soon after a deep root cleaning? During the deep root cleaning, the hygienist broke off a small, hard piece of bone or plaque that became lodged into my husbands gum. When he told the dentist how much pain he was in and that he could feel something hard in his gum, it was laughed off and my husband ended up digging into his own gum to remove it. We put the chip into a baggie. It was ridiculous the dentist didnt listen to him or take his pain complaint seriously. The abscess problem persisted and we chose to add on the insurance with my husbands company to have the insurance protect us by controlling what the dentist can charge. We paid Dr. Taylor over $1000 to do nothing. We have spoken with a couple new dentists and was told right away he needs the root canal. My husband is having it fixed for a fraction of the cost, crown and everything, that Dr. Taylor charged us. This dentist is terrible and they dont listen to patient complaints of pain nor do they provide proper care. Do not use this dentist.

I am fairly new to Dr. Taylors practice, but I have been so impressed with his office from the moment I made my first phone call, I spoke with Cindy and she was so friendly and made me feel I like I called the right office. Dr. Taylor and Amy were great, they explained to me what was wrong with my tooth and what they could do to fix it. I have had no pain or problems since I had my root canal, this is now my dental office and I would have no problem telling anyone who needs a great dental office to go here. When I checked out I was offered a bottle of cold water a fresh baked cookie and a smile with" Thank you for choosing our office." I now have a new dental home.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Kerry Taylor for many years and could not be happier with the level of service and care we have received! We are always greeted warmly by the front office staff and treated with care and respect. Dr. Taylor is a very kind and caring individual. He treats his patients with respect and listens to their needs and concerns. Whenever I have had a dental issue, they have always been there to help me, even on the weekends! I have recommended Dr. Taylor to numerous friends and co-workers, and I would not go anywhere else for dental care. Dr. Taylor is a wonderful dentist. Dr. Kerry Taylor is a wonderful Dentist!! I couldnt be happier with the service he provided me. I can tell he is very passionate about his patients and truly cares about the service he provides. Thats hard to come by that these days! Some of the work I had done was a few fillings, a root canal and a crown. He was gentle and thorough, so I didn’t feel a thing! Customer service is very important to me so I want to add that the office staff are very friendly and nice, which is rare to come by. I love Dr. Taylors office. The office staff are WONDERFUL and greet us by name every time we walk in the door. They make all their patients feel welcome. Dr. Taylor is very nice and cares a lot about his patients. I had a root canal done and ended up having a lot of pain afterward because the crown ended up being a little too high. I called their office on a day when they were not open and Dr. Taylor and his wife came into the office on their way to a party and he ground down the tooth so I wouldnt be in pain. Talk about service!!

We have been going to Dr. Taylor for 10 years. His staff is top notch. When we have a problem we call Cindy and she gets us an appointment right way. She really cares about every patient. One time I had an infection and I called her on a Saturday and she found Dr. Taylor and he made time to meet me at his office at 8:30 pm. Allison cleans our teeth. She is very gentle and does an excellent job. I would recommend Chandler Dental Excellence to every one that wants amazing customer service.

I began seeing Dr. Taylor in 2015 due to the dental coverage they offer. The coverage takes care of my two yearly cleanings and a decent discount for any procedures. I have enjoyed very compassionate and personalized care. Dr. Taylor and his team are very thorough and have always encouraged me to follow up with them if I have any issues. Despite my dislike for dental procedures, I have always felt comfortable with Dr. Taylor and his staff. I would recommend them to anyone.
