I was a new patient and they had an appointment available the next day. I was with my old dentist for 10+ years so changing dentists was not something I was looking forward to. The front desk was very kind. Giving four stars because I felt as though when I gave them my insurance card they didnt believe that it was active? They called my insurance company multiple times to check my eligibility and made it VERY CLEAR that if the insurance didnt pay I would be responsible (which of course I understand). I get it, its a business and someone has to make their money. My hygienist was wonderful and so was the dentist. Ill be going back for fillings and my six month check up and so will my husband. (: Highly recommend Felt Family Dentistry.

This place is top notch. I had never been to Felt Family Dentist until just recently when I had a build up done. This place was exceptional to say the least! I was offered a bottle of water while waiting... The staff was great. I felt like I had known the staff for years because of how kind and welcoming they were. Dr. Felt is very skilled and a perfectionist (great quality for any person in the dentistry field). Most of all, my build up looks amazing! It looks just like a real tooth; same exact color and everything. Im very pleased with the experience I had while at Felt Family Dentist. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants quality dental work.

We just moved down up here from Southern California and was referred here by a friend. I loved that they were able to schedule a time to see all four of us. When you first walk in the ambiance is so warm and welcoming. The staff there were all so nice and understanding! I was worried about my four year old since it would be her first time at the dentist, but when I met up with her again she told me she wasnt scared, :) My husband had a great experience as well and he hated to go see the dentist. I am glad we were able to find such a great place to meet our dental needs and ease my worries as a worry-wart mother, :)

I chipped one of my front teeth and called Dr Felt first thing Monday morning. They got me right in and fixed my tooth like you would have never known it had chipped. His staff is extremely nice and very customer focused. I have had a very positive experience with Dr Felt and his staff, I would highly recommend these guys!

We LOVE Dr Felt and his staff! They are always so personable and remember what is going on in our personal lives. It makes it a very relaxing experience for our family. The hygienists are great with young kids. Weve been coming for more than 10 years and Ive never thought about going anywhere else.
