The Good - They were able to see me the same day I called. The Bad - The staff is not overly personable. They talk to one another about different things while they are pushing and pulling your mouth into all sorts of different positions for xrays, which is fun when your jaw is swollen and youre in a lot of pain. The Ugly - I was told by the dentist I needed all 4 wisdom teeth removed as they were rotting and impacted. Was given a choice of 2 days w/ conscious sedation or 3 weeks with an oral surgeon and anesthetic. Due to the amount of pain I chose 2 days. I came into the office, signed the consent for all 4 teeth. When the surgeon came in she only numbed up for 2 teeth. When I asked she said she couldnt do the other teeth and didnt know if she would be able to do the other two due to the state of decay. When I questioned further she got mad and left the room. The receptionist then came in and said she gave me a choice to have it done under sedation. I told her that wasnt the issue. The issue was that she didnt tell me the surgeon wouldnt be able to do all four under conscious sedation. She informed me the surgeon didnt look at the x-ray until right before the procedure. Ended up referring me out to a Dental Surgeon outside of their practice so I could get the teeth done, but still ended up having to wait an additional 2 days.

This dentistry is absolutely horrible. The receptionists in front were not welcoming at all and had no sense of customer service or communication skills. The doctor and his assistant did not introduce themselves to me and did not make me feel comfortable or welcome. Afterall, theyre only putting THEIR hands in MY mouth...I would actually like to know who they are. The doctor also did not warn me before he was going to stick a huge needle three times in my gums to numb them. I was shocked that he did not warn me. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with their service and hopefully they will all learn some common courtesy, customer service, and sincerity. I will be changing to a different dentist. Good luck to all those who are under their care. P.S. You might want to change the time of operation on your website and your office because I was not aware that you guys were closed on Tuesdays.

My husband found this office and he came home raving about it. He had been to a different office and was told that he had decay on almost every tooth so he went to Cooper for a second opinion. Turns out, what the other dentist called decay was only staining. I went in for a check up last week and loved them all. The office manager was really helpful in getting my insurance info together and going over my treatment with me. I need to have my wisdom teeth out and they have a doctor that comes to the office, and does sedation so I dont have to go to a specialist office. Doing it at Cooper will save me hundreds of dollars. I had Janelle as my hygienist, and she was lovely. Best cleaning Ive had in years. And my husband was right. Dr. Marra was amazing. Very kind and thorough. Would recommend this office to everyone.

This place has really gone down in quality with the new ownership. The last time I visited I was called and given the option to come in early which really worked with my schedule better, but when I got there the front desk ladies looked at me like they didnt know what I was talking about and told me I would have to wait hours because there were other patients ahead of me. I also had clearly noted when I made my appointment that I wanted to pick up some bleaching trays and they never even mentioned it to me, so I decided against it since they werent interested in selling me this product. I am very dissatisfied as to the direction in which this business is going and will not be returning and also advising my friends to do so as well.

I called to make an appointment for a consultation on a newly chipped front tooth. This would be a second opinion. Marcella at the front informed me it would not cost for the "consultation", but that they would indeed charge me for x-rays. X-rays arent needed for this chip- the chip is very small and at the bottom of the front tooth, very cosmetic. None of the other dentists that Ive called said they would need to do X-rays, and my first opinion dentist did not need to either. I did not schedule an appointment as it seems like this office is likely to be out for money from the start, without even seeing me! *update: I went and got the chip fixed the same day at a nearby dentist who didnt require X-rays and was fairly priced!

My daughter and I went in for a cleaning. They were very nice; however, the doctor only came in for a brief moment to "check" for cavities. They told me that I needed two crowns, two fillings, and I needed a surgical cleaning. They would not even do the scheduled cleaning because my teeth were so "bad." They told my daughter she had 14 cavities that needed to be fill. In complete disbelief, we got a second opinion. Our new dentist, did not understand why they wanted to do a surgical cleaning because my teeth were fine, no cavities. My daughter ended up having only 2 cavities, out of the claimed 14. We will not be going back whatsoever. Be warned, and get a second opinion.

I can only speak to the customer service - but thats half of the business, right? ;-) I agree with another reviewer who said that the staff is not the warmest. Tina, one of the receptionists, was very short on the phone and wouldnt offer basic price estimates for a simple cavity filling, something every other dentist Ive called today would do (and Ive called several local dentists). I ended up taking my business to Higley Park Commons, where the staff was very sweet, and saw us the same day I called because we had a family member in pain - even though they were completely booked. There is nothing nicer than a kind staff when you are concerned about a loved one. :-)

I went to get my teeth examined and cleaned after literally a decade of not going to the dentist. They did a deep cleaning and then got me on the right track for keeping my teeth clean. I now go every 6 months and after more than a year, my teeth are still super clean and my gums are healthy. I love that they keep up with the latest technology. They also cleaned my daughter who is in a wheelchair and for the first time in over 20 years, she got a full set of xrays. They worked hard to accommodate her handicap to get those xrays which really helped us figure out the condition of her teeth. Thank you so much for being awesome!

I am not a huge fan of Dentists but the Dr. here was good and made feel pretty comfortable so I decided to get a series of work done which was by no means inexpensive. Unfortunately due to requirements of my job and needs of my clients I was forced to cancel my appointment. When I called the lady at the front desk as EXTREMELY rude. She is probably the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Due to that experience alone I will NEVER go back to this office. If the front office staff is that terrible how can I trust the Dr. who cant control her staff. Very Poor...
