The treatment that you receive from time you walk the through the door until you leave is phenomenal. Unfortunately, youll later find out that the exceptional treatment is simply to earn your business, attempt to befriend you, then proceed to overcharge the patient according to their customary fees as opposed to the in network contracted rates. Jaclyn Yu is the billing rep and will attempt to overcharge the patient, and when a refund is requested, begin to add on various charges in order to avoid refunding the amount owed to the patient. Overall, the service is great if youre going for a basic cleaning, but anything additional, its best to seek a dental clinic that wont look to rip you off. Lastly, be sure to compare EOB with the dental ledger provided by them as Jaclyn Yu has been known to "overcharge" patients despite the insurance company informing her that she owes the patient a refund.

Best comprehensive dental exam Ive ever received! Brighton Dental Health has us as customers for life. Instead of rotating me in and out with the same ineffectual dental exam, Dr. Yu went above and beyond to make sure I am in optimal dental health! I had serious concerns about the sensitivity in my back teeth, and the last two dentists I went to didnt even bother to address it. Dr. Yu made sure he had an understanding of my problems and tested my teeth to make sure he understood my symptoms and the cause. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the attention you receive is individualized and personal. I would recommend them to anyone!

I love this office! The facility is beautiful and peaceful. The receptionist worked hard to accommodate my schedule. His assistant was so nice and Dr. Yu was gentle and took a lot of time to help me with every single concern. The equipment was modern and convenient. Dr. Yu took care of just what I needed and didnt try to upsell me with something I didnt need. Im usually terrified of the dentist, but my visit with Dr. Yu was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend him and his staff!

Always a wonderful visit to the dentist. Dr. Yu is always very thorough and answers all questions. Diana completed my cleaning exam today, always enjoy visiting with her and getting tips to keep my teeth healthy so as to avoid long cleaning appointments. Had 3 fillings done here and switched to a new dentists where I was told that one of my fillings I had done here at Brighton Dental was rough which is causing my gums to bleed and fill a hole in my tooth from the filling to fill with blood and that I need to have it redone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that isnt here.
