I went in there today to get a chipped tooth fixed. They came back and told me that I needed to get all four of my teeth crowned. Then, they said that my insurance would not cover it. They tried to sell me their own dental plan and were going to charge me $4,000 to get them fixed! I called my insurance provider and they told me they never called. The boss "assumed" that they would consider it cosmetic so never bothered to call and find out. I am switching providers, but have to wait until August to see them. DO NOT GO HERE!

I would definitely not recommend. They claimed that I needed a "deep cleaning" which would cost $700 when all I really need is a regular cleaning that costs $50. When I told them that I would like the regular cleaning, I was told that they would not do it. They are just trying to screw me over for more money for unnecessary procedures.

Initially this dental office was great but then referred me to another office that didnt know their heads from their backsides. Then when I requested my own dentist to do work, they refused to do any of it. This office has failed me as a patient and would most likely do so with someone else.

They overbilled me and have ignored dozens of calls by me and my dental insurance company. I have reported them to every association and my insurance company is launching a formal investigation.
