I was scheduled to get a root canal done before April 12 with one Dentist with a pain level of 9 to a 10 at night time. I was told my doc was running late on a Monday and if id like to reschedule. I stated i would wait because of the pain. 2hrs later they told me the doc had a family emergency. So I saw a different doc the same day however later in the day........ I came back in to Comfort dental, I was placed on antibiotics for one week witch was ok. Came back after a week, next Monday the call my 30 mins before my appointment to stated that that new Dentist is calling off due to a family emergency......... So 2 weeks and all the last staw i am now at a different Comfort Dental on County club and Southern scheduled for 12 noon been waiting for an hour now wrighting this review. No one has popped thier head around the corner to say an E. T. A. on the Doc. I am very disappointed in the staff interactions and accountability held on thier behalf. I wish i could charge for my time wasted.

Waited 25 minutes for my first appointment, and then I left. I asked if they were going to be late, and got no response. While other people were leaving, the receptionist told the rest of the staff, and they all started laughing. It may have been for another reason, but to everyone in the waiting area that is what it seemed like. This is the second Comfort Dental location that has below average service. How do you stay in business? At least communicate with the patients and with each other, so 3 people dont ask my why Im there and tell me to fill out the same form.

I have been seeing Dr. Miller for 6 years now and I wont lie I have THE WORST luck when it comes to my teeth but every time I have to come in they get me in quickly and he is always willing to do anything he can to help. My fiance has started coming here as well and this is the only dentist office she has felt comfortable enough with to forgo any gas or sleepy meds during procedures. I appreciate them and will continue to make the drive from Ahwatukee anytime I need too.

Dr. Van Dusen was amazing. I needed a crown fixed and was worried about the expense. I was surprised by their low prices compared to a few other places I had talked to previously. I was even more satisfied when the work was done. My tooth feels great! I am not sure how they are able to offer such great prices, friendly service, and professional expertise - but they do! Thanks Comfort Dental!

Very affordable! I paid out of pocket and was shocked. Every other place had quoted me $70 up to 150 more than I paid. Its even open until 730 and until 1 on Saturdays! Which is amazing if youre working typical bank/clinic hours like me. First time patient and he was willing to do the extraction same night even tho it was nearly 7.

Dr. Miller really is the best. I am a nervous patient over any dental work. He takes time to explain his plan, continues to talk me through what is happening, and reassured me if he sees I am getting nervous. he is totally affordable and a great choice for anyone who has anxiety over dental work
