The office isnt open on the weekends. I tried calling and canceling today, the day of my appointment, and was told i was being charged 25 dollars for cancelling. Ive never been charged before for cancelling. I explained that the only babysitter i can normally find on weekdays is my mother in law and that she couldnt cause her father had passed away a couple days ago....but i got no sympathy or understanding what so ever, just a "well i dont make the rules"....it was as if i was inconveniencing her specifically. I feel terrible for inconveniencing the dentist but LIFE HAPPENS ESPECIALLY WHEN YOURE A MOTHER! The girl i spoke to was rude. If you are a busy mother and cant find babysitters on weekdays i dont recommend this place. The dentist i was working with is very very nice but the front desk clerk was not what i wouldve expected, very rude. I completely understand that i cancelled 30 min before the appointment BUT they were closed for labor day and this passed weekend. So sorry im not perfect!! UPDATE: mountain view family dental on val vista and university is open on saturdays so i had my records transfered! The front desk clerk was so incredibly nice too! So glad i found a dentist that accomidates my schedule and has great reviews!

Unfortunately my rambunctious 3 year old son had a cavity that was giving him a horrible toothache. I had gone to a few pediactric dentists who quoted me around $1000 to get fix it. Not only that they all seemed yo want to put him under general anesthesia as if they didnt want to deal with a kid that age. A good friend recommended Dr. Cook and they got us in the same day. The staff was wonderful with my son and Dr. Cook himself was so amazing my son did what he asked with ease. Cook did everything without having to put my son to sleep and I didnt pay anywhere close to $1000. Amazing

I called Dr. Cook on Monday morning after a weekend of a painful toothache. He managed to work me in for an evaluation within 30 minutes of my phone call and not only that but he actually performed a root canal quickly relieving my issues. He did this even though I was a new patient and had not seen him previously. Dr Cook and his staff are extremely professional and courteous and have only the patients health and comfort as there number one priority. I am a seasonal resident in Phoenix and will continue to use Dr Cook as my dentist while in Arizona.

Great experience with Dr. Cook. Had a severe toothache and was out of pain after he did a root canal. Great and friendly staff and caring doctor. Dr. Cook even called me later that night to check on me :)

Dr. Cook is an AAA rated dentist. I have another medical condition that dental work effects. Dr. Cook and staff are always are caring and get me thru any procedures pain free. Wouldnt go anywhere else!
