This is a message to Affordable Dentures and not an attempt to deter people from using their services. I just want to be heard. My mother came to your Mesa location in April for a consultation for top dentures. She said it went well and she was interested in continuing. She did realize, however, that she needed to make a slight change to the plan she and the doctor mapped out. She asked me on Monday to call your office and see if she can get a new estimate. I have been trying to call for four days straight. I have called at open, after lunch, right before close, and every time in between. Not only does nobody answer, but there is a message saying that you cannot leave a message. This is the same message that has been on your recorder for a month. I know because I heard it when I made the initial appointment for her. So, I asked my mother if she wanted me to go to the office and make her request. She told me that she is very skeptical of a company you cannot reach for that length of time and I am concerned that you still have not fixed it so people can leave a message. My mother has asked me to set her up with a consultation elsewhere. It isnt like you guys are selling ice cream cones. She is taking thousands of dollars to another company. Imagine how many other people may be going elsewhere because they cant reach you. I think it is in your best interest to get a handle on this situation. As I am writing this I want you to know, I am not angry. I just think you need to know about this.

Receptionist was great Carlos helped with fitting me with the dentures, same day process took 3 appointments , consultation, fitting then the final product. Carlos was amazing he did a very good job of making me comfortable and explaining the process especially because this was my first time with dentures. The price was supper reasonable compared to my dentist who was going to charge 900 dollars for one tooth went to Affordable Dentures and paid around 500 so I was very pleased. The only thing I would recommend is telling client at reception desk when they check in about the payment process and what you need to do to get on a payment plan because theres a number you need to call to arrange that, its not something they do in house. So i wish that could have been explained in detail but other than that it was clean and everyone was very nice.

After getting 5 extractions done the pain was enormous, the staff was just being themselves, that helped me get over my anxiety. Felt a little manipulation into getting the metal frame partials felt it was better even though had too pay an extra1800.00. My concerns seemed annoying and am still waiting for the metal frame partials, its been a month since my inital extractions and a week since ordering the the metal frame partials. Swelling of gums has gone down. The process of waiting for metal frames partial is heading into second week.

This dentist is a good dentist but very bad business man. He takes your money gives you all you want to hear .then does not give what he promised He make poorly fitted teeth . then sits there with his hands crossed and looks at you when you explain your problem Do not go here Save your money. It cost mt $3000.00 to find this out I am stuck with poorly fitted teeth Your on your own if you go here. Assist is one that services you after. Tooth extractions Good Luck

It was a painless visit for me. I was there to get my permanent plates. All I had to do was take an impression. The receptionists and assistant I spoke to all seemed friendly and curtious. My new plates fit so much better and dont float. It is so much more comfortable wearing them. Best of all, I can eat anything I want, again. The only down side was that I live far away. It was a full day excursion and it was much hot that day.

I went in for an extraction on 4/6/17 (yesterday) the staff is very friendly and the services are extremely affordable. The dentist DR. Athari is an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING dentist! Im sad I cant call him my regular dentist because he specializes in Dentures & implants now adays. If you ever need a tooth pulled he is your guy! completely painless, and Im not in pain. DR. Athari is AMAZING!! :) :) :)

worst thing I ever did I went in my lower plate kept breaking so I have care credit I thought great bought the next to the best thought I was gona have a great experience the dentist argued with me said its my fault wanted to charge me more Im broke from having cancer . I have been suffering for a year I cant buy new I try relining myself pain pain pain
