This location is not welcoming at all! My appointment was at 9:30 I got there at 9:15 checked in. The place was so full there was no place to sit down 10 rolled a round so I asked why all these kids were going before my son and the lady responded theres different treatments so it doesnt matter what your arrival time is, I asked how long is the wait she said let me see and she walks away Im standing there waiting for a response and she walks back asking what I need and I said I am. Waiting for you to check the wait time and tell me how long the wait is, she said oh it will be a few minutes before I can tell you not to mention all she had to-do was turn around and ask the doc how long the wait is .

I had an overall good experience. The staff was friendly, I got an appointment within 3 days of calling and my dentist, Dr. Kamp, was very friendly and helpful in resolving my problem. Though my experience was good, Im still contemplating whether or not I want to continue on there. If you have any major dental issues, they will have to refer you out to a dental surgeon. Plus the place looks a little run down, as if it is the low-income dental clinic in town. I can see how some of the things the other reviewers mentioned might have happened in this place. However, I had no problems. Maybe they fired the rude people and replaced them with friendly ones.

Lack of communication and overpriced. Knowing I have 4 kids they failed to say my 5 y/o couldnt be in the room when my other 2 were being put under. Had to leave my drugged child in the hands of a stranger. Didnt tell me my other child was going to be put under either. Do not work with anesthesiologist so you have to pay him day of out of pocket and hope your insurance reimburses. NEVER coming back. My oldest has now had the gas on for 40 min and the only thing that has happened is they brought the tools in! They didnt finish the work on my other child! It was 2 cavities and a sealant! Horrible.

For one, you can at least act like you know what youre talking about. I went in for a cleaning and they didnt even bother to scrape my teeth. They outright lied about cavity problems because my insurance apparently doesnt pay them much, so instead of being a descent human being and saying "Well hey, you have a cavity on your wisdom tooth you should get it checked asap, they decided to hand me the short stick saying "Your teeth are fine and perfect!!!" and now I have an INFECTED wisdom tooth. Worst dentist Ive ever been to! DO NOT COME HERE.

My son(age 4) needed to get root canals and a filling which they needed to sedate him, they told me I couldnt schedule him early in the morning because hes an older kid. My appointment was at 10 am, (I was told I couldnt be in the room with him which made me anxious and nervous) they made us wait for 2 hours, my son was getting upset because he hadnt eaten or drank anything for the past 8 hours. By noon I was about to walk away, but the staff told me they were ready for him. Besides that the staff was great and very friendly.

Was completely misinformed as to what my child needed to have done. They wanted to sedate my child and then have us wait in their completely full waiting room while drugs took effect without any monitory of her whatsoever . When I calmly voiced my concerns instead of addressing those concerns I was told that we could go find another dentist! I did and I think you should as well.

I wont be taking my son here again!! He had to get some cavities done but I was really nervous of the procedure because he had to get sedated. So instead of the dentist trying to comfort me she just told me if I didnt want to do the procedure then to go to another dentist!! Took my kid to abc dentistry for children and k loved that place everyone was super friendly.

The office people do not help they did work that they said my insurance covered, and sent me to collections when the insurance didnt cover it. They also dont work with their customers when the fault lies with the office. I Do not recommend this dental office to anyone not even as a last resort.

Good dentist great job but need to change their hours on the internet because it says different hours its not open until 5 apparently they close at 3 wednesdays its good dentist just work on their website

The cost is so reasonable for dental work done for me, which led few my friends to Dr Cho. Dental insurance well accepted was very helpful
