Went to this practice and it was a NIGHTMARE from the second we walked in the door, starting with the snotty ladies upfront that say they answer the phones but dont! This office is open a whopping 2 days a week....to the crooked dentist. I have 3 children that have never had a problem with any dentist they cut all three of my kids gums up when they did the X rays, we went back to have their teeth cleaned and I told them my oldest son is allergic to fluoride which I was told by 2 other dentists....the dentist at this office insisted that I was wrong he told me my son is not allergic to fluoride I told him whatever you think is fine but no fluoride I could tell the dentist was annoyed at that point, they didnt have anything in that office without fluoride so they proceeded to clean my sons teeth with water! I told them no fluoride on any of the kids and the dentist proceeded to argue with me! He told me ONLY fluoride will help I told him "Im not arguing with you they are my kids", he got mad. He sat and looked at my sons teeth for about 30 seconds said the F word in front of my son!!!! And got up and walked away telling me my son needs surgery....I felt sick when I left and went for a second opinion. This new doctor that actually should have his license said my son didnt need half of the stuff done that I was told needed to be done AND HE DEFINITELY DOESNT NEED TO GO TO A SURGICAL CENTER AND HAVE TO BE PUT UNDER!!!!! the doctor was going to put 3 caps on teeth that will be falling out in less than a year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS DOCTOR IS CROOKED!!!!! do not subject your children to the abuse, profanity and unnecessary procedures that these crazy doctors want to do! Its NOT worth it!

I love dr. Hans Petersen! He is a very good pediatric dentist. Too, bad their secretaries and customers service is horrible! They dont treat me good at all. Last year, I made the appointment couples moths before. The secretary called to to confirm the appointment. I said my appointment supposed to be 3:30pm not 2:30pm. She said no I can only do 2:30pm. I said I have it on the reminder card said 3:30pm. She said you come and show me. It was the day before thanksgiving. I went to the office and showed to her. They gave me a dirty look and without apologized or said thank you. I was so upset. And, today I was trying to transfer the dental record to different dentist the same lady was on the phone. Her service was bad. We are leaving this awesome dentist because they have bad customer service and I couldnt handle such of people. I hope they can improve their service over the phone or schedule appointments. Unless you wont mind dealing with these mean front desk ladies.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr. Hans. He is so gentle, kind and patient. His staff follows his lead and my kids enjoy going to the dentist. I HIGHLY recommend Lehi Pediatric Desntistry. You will not be disappointed and your kids will LOVE it.
