The moment I walked in the door I felt so welcomed. I am not the biggest fan of a dentist and I felt so comfortable. Brittany the front office was so inviting. Once brought to the back and sat in the chair you bet my anxiety was at full swing. I was in great hand the entire time. Tera the Dental Assistant joked around and just made me feel so comfortable and unafraid. Breanna was there with me when I was getting numbed up and held my hand because Im a huge baby but I was relieved that everything went smooth and there was no pain during my Root Canal. Dr. Karren was awesome. He was reassuring that everything would go according to plan and it did. He made me feel very relax to a point I almost fell asleep. The whole experience was fantastic and I will definitely return if needed any more dental work. Thank you guys for an amazing experience.

Mercado dental is the best dental office i have ever been to. Dr. Karren is the most detailed and professional dentist i have ever had. He does awesome crowns amd bridges. Very precise. The office staff is top notch. Brittney is very kind and professional and easy to work with. She always answers the phone and is very organized. Always has billing done properly and promptly. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in phoenix.
