We had been patients at Platinum for a few years. We loved Dr. Poelman and were very frustrated that we were never notified when he had to take a leave for health problems. We just received a surprise when we went in for our regular checkups. My son is autistic and has severe anxiety about dentists. We made an appointment for he and his siblings. On the way to the appointment he had an extreme panic attack and refused to go. So we were forced to turn our car around and go home. When we got home, I called the office to let them know the situation. I was told that I would have to pay missed appoint fees because I had given less than 48 hours notice. I was treated so poorly by the person that I spoke to that I decided I was done. I dont really like the new dentist so why should I go there. I have now been sent to collections for missed appointment fees. That is a great way to NEVER get my family of six back to this office! Think twice before you go here!!!!!!!!! I have just been informed that the no show fees that I was charged have now been doubled because I didnt reschedule my appointments. SO SHADY!!!!!

In my life I have met and been treated by many wonderful dentists. Having said that, I wanted to add that of them all, Dr. Hepworth is the best dentist I have ever been treated by!! I was treated by him again a few weeks ago and he (and with the assistance of a very skilled dental technician) prepared and later placed a crown on one of my teeth. The pain I felt was absolutely ZERO, I felt NO pain at all, not even the tip of the needle penetrating my gums when injecting the novocaine. While working on my tooth, I was so comfortable I almost feel asleep. That was a new experience for me, as since my early childhood I never favored going to the dentist! Since going to Dr. Hepworth, that is no longer a concern!! You looking for a good dentist? Look no further, you just found one!!

It had been 5 years since my last dentist visit. I was not looking forward to the experience! However the staff and Dr. Hepworth quickly set me at ease. I had my 3 small children with me due to my wifes recent surgery. They were so understanding and accommodating to my children, even taking turns walking my youngest around the office to keep him happy. After mentioning my wifes situation during the first visit. There has not been a single visit where every person I interact with hasnt asked about my wifes updated condition. They have set the standard very high, and know their jobs well, and know their business, which is people. Five is not enough stars!

Friendly staff, great hygienist, my issue was a crown that fell out after 3 months and I couldnt find it so I must of swallowed it. It took them an hour and 45min to get the temporary on and I had to pay for the new crown! When closing out my account they had the balls to charge me for 3 no show fees, my wife called prior to 2 of these spots and left a message that they wouldnt be coming. The other no show was me, I had forgotten the appointment and didnt call to cancel which waisted their time... Or wait, maybe they are the ones who wasted my 4.5 hours of my life doing what I hate the most , going to the dentist.

I went in for a major tooth ache a few weeks ago, and unfortunately ended up needing a root canal & crown. Now, I havent been to a dentist in over 5 years, and this was the first root canal Ive ever had. Like many people, I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, and was pretty nervous about having this procedure done. To my surprise however, there was virtually no pain! I am very pleased with Dr. Hepworths work, and Im going back in the near future to have my other dental problems addressed. I have full trust in Dr. Hepworth and his team, and appreciate everything they have done for me!

I have always dreaded going to the dentist until I received dental services from Dr. Poelman. He put me at ease immediately, helped identify my problems, explained all my options, and performed the procedures painlessly and professionally. The staff he works with are cheerful, kind, and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Poelman and the entire staff at Platinum Dental--they are outstanding! They are also in-network with many different insurance plans.

I went in to get a chipped tooth repaired and Dr. Hepworth did a great job! I love the way my teeth turned out, he paid a lot of attention to detail and made sure I was happy with the results. They were able to get me an appointment quickly and all of the staff were very friendly and efficient- they even entertained my niece with toys and coloring books during my appointment! No hassle, no pain, and no long wait. Best dentist visit ever!

Recently I went in for a cavity to be taken care of a filled. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. We have a baby and they offered to watch the baby while we got our teeth worked on. After our visit, I still had some minor pain so I called the Dr to see if he could bring me in and have another look. He immediately set up an appt, got me in, fixed the issue and didnt charge me any fees. They made me a patient for life! -Jace

I was very impressed with Dr. Poelman and his staff. I had to schedule an emergency root canal. I was in so much pain and they did all that they could to help with pain management before I was able to get the procedure done. Dr. Poelman was very informative about the procedure and my options. I would recommend them to anyone. My experience was very positive and I will be using them in the future for my dentistry needs!

Detailed in explaining what theyre doing, gentle (did I mention it never hurts at this place) and just extremely pleasant. Top notch, professional and customer-service oriented facility.

Both my two year old daughter and I had such a great experience at Platinum Dental in Lehi. Everyone was very friendly and great at their job. I had some fillings done and was impressed by the work and how thorough Dr. Hepworth was. Days later my two year old still is talking about her "pretty teeth"!!

Platinum is great! The hygienist and assistants are nice and great with kids. The dentist is great at what he does. I had to get a cavity filled and I did not feel the numbing shot or any of the procedure. Nice and clean office with great front desk girls. Highly recommend them!
