I had a really bad experience in Urgent Care with a male physician. He came into office, barely made eye contact and couldnt wait to get out. In fact, it all happened so quickly that I barely realized he was done and leaving the room. My four year old has had a cough for two weeks and had been running a very high fever in the recent days. All he did was check her breathing (not ears) or anything else. He just said its virus and then rushed out of room. Well, now it is 3 days later and I am taking her to, yet another, hospital because she isnt better and, in fact, seems to be worse now :( The cough is worse and she is complaining about her ears more now. A layperson could deduce that she likely has an ear or upper respiratory infection but I guess he was just too busy with something else than to take an interest in figuring out what was wrong with my child. I might add that we were the only ones in Urgent Care that day. Ive had a good experience before in Urgent Care but will not go back if this physician is working. I drove 40 miles for nothing, basically. And now Im going to have to take a third day off of work to drive another 30-40 miles with a sick kid when all he had to do was his job. *Nice. We just got a second opinion and it turns out my child has a sinus infection in addition to a very nasty ear infection. My child had to suffer three additional days because the Urgent Care physician was too incompetent and/or busy to check her nose or ears. I would expect GRMC to write off our co-pay, at the very least, since it was a wasted visit.

Deer creek clinic likes threatened patients and break patient private rights. Not friendly at all. I heard a lot of problems.. With care...u call them to talk about cares that you are having. They at like u are bothering. When u need care for health issues. Very upset with this clinic. Worst place in Tama to have ur cares....unknown...

Sister delivered first baby here. The OB nurses were very helpful and friendly. The nurse manager was not very friendly and acted bothered when asked for help which made us all feel uncomfortable. Aside from her the staff was wonderful and made the overall experience a good one.

Dr. Tigges is an amazing doctor! Delivered our 4th child here and I wish I would have known how great they were sooner. All the staff from admitting, the ultrasound techs, and the OB staff made my hectic pregnancy so easy.

Out of 2 visits to the er room 1 doctor showed compassion the other visit was horrible the doctor called me a drug addict right out of the gate he didnt seem to care about my back pain. I would refuse to take my dog their

Was not impressed with any of the staff in OB. Very unprofessional when I went into labor no one was in the room with us. I was pushing without any nurses or doctors in the room with my husband just by my side.
