I had to give it a 1 in order to post... Believe me.. it isnt even worth a 1 star! NEGATIVE -5 stars! WORST FACILITY EVER! Went in to have a lump removed from my left breast. Surgeon never got the entire lump out- (had to go to a different surgeon not even 6 months later). They charged me to get dressed in a alcove with a curtain "called it a recovery room" and charged me $370- no one took my vitals or spoke to me- I changed from my gown to my clothes and left. No one followed up with the pathology report- no one called me to see how I was doing, no one cared one bit! I disputed the bill- $1300 for a surgery that didnt even work! Lump returned and the lump was worse then the first time....and now.. they called today giving me 3 options to pay the bill. 1-in hospital credit card at 8% interest that I can pay off in a year. 2. $135 a month until its paid 3. Financial aid. I told the individual who called- why should I pay for a bill that the services performed never worked, and the customer service was the worst Ive ever experienced? I had to have a second surgery because the 2nd surgeon told me the reason why it came back was because the 1st surgeon didnt GET IT ALL THE FIRST TIME- REALLY?? And you want full payment now? You didnt care about me on that operating table, you didnt care about me after I went home, but boy oh boy do you money hungry people care now! Unreal! Then, I will be placed into collections if I dont pay it within 3 months? Seriously!? Wow you really have people over a barrel! I disputed this bill, I thought I was speaking to the director of the facility, the individual who I spoke with about my bill said, no you spoke to a patient care person.... Ohhh.. interesting, so now they also lie who they are! DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY! Miracle I made it out alive! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

My husband and I were in River Falls (from out of state) last Christmas, when my husband required emergency surgery. I work in health care and I was very impressed with the care he received in the ER. They were very attentive and explained the process well. Definitely put our minds at ease during a scary time. At the follow-up visit, we saw a different Doctor, also wonderful and down-to-earth. The front desk staff at this walk-in clinic needs some work on their people skills, but over-all we were very pleased.

they are wonderfull , they have wonderfull staff an care + they have great surgey team , i would recommend them for anyoe to to use this hospital cauise such awsome people there an they treat you like family
