Zero stars wasnt an option. I came in for a tick bite. Massive pain, rash, itch and swelling. I had blood work and a shot of antibiotics and sent away. Still in agonizing pain and itch that will subside in a few days if .. if.. They guessed this right. Until then just do what ever for pain and itch. Ive NEVER been on any hard pain killers but nothing at home was working. Brighter was my otc itch cream. I was give a shot of antibiotics. For pain control, itch control, this hospital SUCKS. They should be closed if they cant care for patients that cant care for them selves. Thats why we come to a place like this. Im in my 60s and this is my 2nd ER visit in my life!

My mother has severe copd, and asthma, and many other medical issues. There is a sign that says no chemicals, no perfumes, and my father in law asked them to NOT clean the room fir her stay. They just got her in emergency surgery for a pacemaker, as Im sitting in her room with my daughter the cleaning lady comes in so I text my father in law "why are they mopping moms room" he told said they shouldnt be. After she got fone mopping i told her that she wasnt supposed to clean this room. The cleaning ladt then conplains to the nurses and then the nurses started to get rude with me. Id rather drop dead then come here if the employees are this stupid.

For the last two years I spent a lot of time here due to my husbands Alzheimers and all the illnesses that that go along with it. He spent many days in Critical Care and many more days in Behavioral Center. The staff and Doctors in Critical Care were wonderful caring people not only for my husband but me as well.When he had to start going to the Behavioral center, we found the most remarkable Doctor. Dr. Gary Linker. He took such good care of my husband. And the staff and Health Resource people were wonderful to. I will always be grateful for them all. Thank you and bless you all.

This hospital is horrible in patient communication. They ignore any pain, call people names, even in the face of doctors orders decide a person is a "drug seeker". When admitted for heart issues, I was denied my medication prescribed to me by my pain management doctor for over 12 hours, and then was only given parts of the meds periodically. They even told me the when meds are prescribed "three times a day" doctors dont consider the hours between midnight and seven am as part of the doseage.

Horrible ER wait times. Multiple cases of misdiagnosis. Many people go to Branson, MO or Springfield, MO for follow up care when this hospital screws up. My daughter was released from the ER in worse condition than when she entered. What should have been an easy fix wound up being a surgical procedure to correct the issue in Branson, MO. Love the people at Skaggs (Cox) in Branson, MO.

I had to go to the Emergency Room here for a minor surgery in June 2013. Ive been to numerous ERs all over the country and this ER, in my opinion, ranks up there with the best of them. Triage was friendly and expedient, the doctor on call had an excellent bed-side manor, and the nurses who saw to me afterward were helpful and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up for NARMC ER.

I was harassed over choosing not to receive a tetanus shot. A male nurse heavily argued with me about it and then had the audacity to drag another nurse into the room to back him up and tell me horror stories of other people who chose not to receive the same shot. It was appalling and downright disgusting.

The people who work here are some of the nicest in the world. I really feel like they care about me. From the time I check in to the time I check out I know Im in good hands. Even their billing department is courteous and easy to work with. I highly recommend this hospital.

I have had several outpatient procedures at the hospital in the past 3 months. Each time I was treated courteously, cheerfully and competently by the staff. Wait time in the various departments was reasonable. I have no complaints at all.

My private information was sold to some outside group, and now I get all kinds of credit promotions, and other junk mail. ER has tired hard but just cant put it together
