These reviews reference emergency room and other things that actually are at the Ozark health center hospitsl, NOT the specialty clinic. I agree with most of what they say about hospital emergency care, but the Specialty clinic is totally different. It gives specialty doctors a place in Clinton to see patients from here, rather than having us make that long, tiresome trip to Little Rock. We are SO appreciative of their care, and it is quality care! My only reason for 4 stars, not 5 is the waiting room wait times are often long, BUT not nearly as long as a round trip to Little Rock. We are SO thankful they come here. And as the long wait times are usually due to their individual attention to us all, Im going to change my rating to a 5.

To be a "medical center" would imply that they had doctors & nurses that knew what they were doing. THEY DONT!! This place is nothing more than a bandaid station. Its a joke! The "new" ER doctors are not any better than the last bunch. You have a good chance of dying at this hospital. If you are having pain, they will drug test you, without you knowing it, and accuse you of doing all kinds of illegal drugs. Everyone knows that instant drug tests show false positives a lot! Bypass this hospital and go straight to LR. I wouldnt trust them to take care of my potted plant!!! They are not worth your money!!!!!

I was in an extreme amount of pain, the nurse kept asking me if I was in pain and I said yes. I was not given anything. The doctor acted as if I was nobody, he did not care at all. (Dr. Simpson.) He acted like I was wasting his time. I asked for a note for work and was told no, to just show them my discharge papers, which he should know is a privacy violation. I would not send my dog there! I left still in pain, no meds for my condition, no better off than when I went it.

I was worried after seeing other reviews, but I needed to have my two year old son seen quickly. Our experience in the ER was nothing like the reviews. They were patient and compassionate. They checked nearby pharmacies, as were not from the area, then took care of the prescription when they found all others were already closed. They even brought him a stuffed monkey to try to calm him down.

Im so sick of this crap!! They was told that the visit to hospital for wrist x Ray told them its not worker comp bite SS MEDICARE !! What idiots. Ant it on as comp and ss as the back up insurance !! Now ss. Wont pay bill and it is $600. Im not paying it till they get the billing done because of their dumb ass idiots

The ER doctors treat you like a bother. Especially Dr. Simpson. It was not even busy and I was there forever. He even tried to talk me out of treatment like I was exaggerating. The nurse are great...the doctors have no compassion whatsoever.
