Accompanied my daughter and her husband when they brought in my 23 month old granddaughter. Everyone was very caring as well as professional; the receptionist, nurses and the doctor. They got her in and out very quickly... just like an ER is supposed to. Based on my experiences, and Ive had many, I would definitely come here first, over Russellville or Conway.

Went in with rib pain, they never took my name or insurance info. Just asked me to have a seat and they would call me in a minute. I sat there in pain for 45 minutes until we decided to just go to Conway regional. This place is a joke. Glad I wasnt having a heart attack

we came here with twins and they didnt do anything but take blood. they said this isnt a baby hospital and pretty much told us not to come back. they said to take them to Childrens, but Childrens is 2 hours away and they are bad sick.
