Was brought here after I was in a car accident. I told them my head was hurting, the light hurt my eyes, and that I was gonna throw up. They never checked me for a concussion. I injured my back with a compression and they said they didnt have the specific brace in stock so they just made me walk out without one. The nurse said if I call a medical supplier they would be able to issue me one. I called 6 places and they all said only hospitals stock those. They reffered me for a follow up at a place that doesnt accept my insurance. Now I know the true meaning behind the saying "I wouldnt let my dog go to Marengo Memorial." Also took them a week of me calling back and forth to get my referral and all my information sent over to the University.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Unless its a life threatening situation, perhaps. I have heard horror stories of this hospital, as well as malpractice, pending lawsuits, misdiagnosis, etc. The physician that that attended me had conduct that was unprofessional, rude, offensive, and threw my own medication bottle at me twice!! NEVER experienced anything like it. However, the staff, paramedic, and nurse on duty were very kind and professional. I felt somewhat threatened, and immediately left and went to the UI hospital, where I was promptly seen and treated. The board of directors will be hearing from my attorney ASAP.

Both of them went above and beyond✨✨✨Also Jenna is by far the most detailed Nurse and really has a wonderful way with people.✨✨✨✨✨5 stars..and the gentleman that put you to sleep has a great sense of humor✨✨✨✨✨Thank You❤️✨✨✨✨✨ An do thumbs up
