I have been to another urgent care before but due to insurance changes, I went to Primecare. From start to finish their customer service was amazing. Sarah in reception was probably the most helpful person I have ever met. I was taken back within 10 minutes. The doctor that I saw got to me very quickly. He really listened to me and offered advice and prescribed antibiotics that I needed. He told me that if I needed anything to come back anytime. It was an amazing experience all the way around. I will never go to another urgent care clinic. My experience was so great that I will only go back to this particular urgent care.

Ive been to this Primecare location twice now and I have received excellent service for some really nasty staph infections. The doctor didnt lie, it was, and indeed did, hurt like crazy but there was nothing that could have been done otherwise to subside the pain.The wait time is to be expected for affordable care.

Weve used this clinics off and on for years. When we werent insured they gave us all the prices up front, and never do unessisary and costly tests. Affordable and trustworthy. Great doctors and staff as well.

Great for those medical needs that can be addressed after hours. Theyre open later at night, so I dont have to get odd of work early or schedule an appointment during work hours.
