I have been there three time and I want to say SOME of their staff really is great so I am giving 2 not 1 star. -The FIRST was fine and service was good. -SECOND was for a sprained ankle. They sold me a fancy brace I said I did not want and only went along with it because they assured me it was covered by my insurance. I later receive a bill for an amount greater than what the appointment had cost (already paid) claiming my insurance didnt cover the brace. I was annoyed by this but paid anyways and received no further bills. HALF A YEAR LATER WITH NO BILLS SENT I RECEIVE A NOTICE THEY ARE SENDING THE PAID BILL TO COLLECTIONS! -THIRD my husband and I when in when he strained his back at work to the point sitting hurt. He works a factory loading based job, heavy lifting all day every day and we feared a slipped disk. A nurse who spoke to us like she was put out by us being there came in. She barley put any pressure on the area and with seemingly no effort to isolate the pain LITERALLY SAID "Well what do you want me to do about it!?" Like a mother scolding a child. We had to recommend, ask and push further to get a medical note for him to bring to work. There was only one other client there besides us. I am still in awe over how terrible her service was. Granted it has been over half a year since either of us have gone in, this collections thing is fresh so I still dont wish to ever go there for treatment again.

I found it incredibly convenient to have a primary care provider and an urgent care all at the same location to take care of our entire family! I love that I can go for my annual physical and also handle urgent care needs such as x-rays, stitches, and get blood drawn all at the same place where the doctors and practitioners really get to know you. There is a full time pediatrician on staff which I really like since I have three children. I am impressed with Dr Patels knowledge and compassionate care of pediatric patients. I have also met one of the nurse practitioners Rod Levin. I really like his lighthearted bedside manner and he is fantastic at addressing our family health issues and getting us on the right track to recovery. I highly recommend Epic Urgent and Family Care!

Originally went to Walgreens clinic where the nurse was rude and I was told they didnt have the testing kit I needed for a UTI, which I found very surprising and unprofessional; keeping in mind I made an appointment ahead of time stating I had a possible UTI and was not called and told they did not have the test. I went down the street to Epic and was greeted with great customer service from the front of the house to the back of the house. The office was very clean and I had a minimal wait time. The doctor was upfront and cost conscious of my options. I will pass up Walgreens and go to Epic from now on. Overall great experience for being uncomfortable and not feeling well.

Dr. Patel was very caring and understanding towards my child during our visit. My child is very scared of doctor to begin with. But she took the time to talk to them through the procedures and calm them down. She never talked down to the kids - neither did she apply pressure if they were not ready for the procedure.I have always found the staff polite and helpful. The doctor is very professional.The doctor is friendly and takes his time listen to patients. The doctor is also very patient, compassionate and understanding. The office seems to be more relaxed and calm. This office and its staff were so wonderful and made me feel so welcome and valued.

Horrible place. The lady couldnt even be bothered to call my insurance company to insure coverage because she was busy. Interestingly enough I was the only person there the entire thirty minutes I attempted to get served. So when I called my insurance company she wouldnt even let them speak, was rude and interrupted them multiple times and finally I just grabbed my things and left. Went up the street to Amita healthcare and they were the opposite and extremely helpful. Worst healthcare experience ever and I gave her multiple opportunities to make it right and do her job.

I must say "thank you Dr Patel" for taking care of my childs medical condition with perfect treatment on time while we were on our short visit to Illinois. My child has lot of complications and we see the same doctor in Pennsylvania due to the complications since her birth. Doctor Patel saved her life. It saved us costs to an hospital ER ward and my daughter got better. She truly cares about her patients well being. She was also kind enough to do a follow up call to check on my childs well being. Thank you Epic urgent care!

I was so pleased with this place. For years Ive had pain in my jaw and never knew why..I assumed it was my wisdom teeth but once I got them taken out and still had the pain I knew it was something different. Within 5 minutes the doctor was able tell me what was wrong. TMJ Dysfunction! Not even my own doctor could figure it out. Im so glad I went. The service was fast and everyone was friendly. I highly recommend this place over going to an ER if you can help it. A big thank you to the staff!

Epic urgent & Family Care is a great place to get care. I went for my Immigration physical and was greeted by there friendly staff.Another great service they have is they have Spanish speaking employees for those who dont know English well.I was seen on time and I didnt feel like a number. Dr. Patel took his time with me and made sure any questions I had were answered. I went for my Immigration interview and it went smoothly.

I recently visited the facility for an acute problem and had an exceptional experience. I was seen almost immediately, the staff was friendly and helpful. Rod, the provider was very knowledgeable and comprehensive. He was able to address all of my concerns and treated me holistically. I would definitely recommend the facility for anybody in need for efficient, comprehensive and compassionate care.

I was visiting the Chicago area and had to take my son in for a visit. Clinic is very clean and modern, best of all the care my son received. Everyone is very kind and friendly, nurses even called two days after to check on my son. If you are looking for a clinic that will value you as a person this is one of them. The wait time is very minimum compare to ER. I definitely recommend it.

Dr.Hetal Patel is one of the best Pediatricians & has always given us correct guidance pertaining to the health care of our 2 kids. Accessible even off hours when we need immediate medical advise for my kids. Front desk staff are very understanding and depending on the severity of the situation they go above and beyond to get you appointments. I highly recommend her. Neeraja.

Came from out of state. I got a misdiagnosis and terrible service. I was one of the first people in the office and was treated very poorly. I waited for over an hour and the doctor didnt even take to try and figure out what was wrong with me. I ended up going to a different urgent care. I would stay away from this place.
