Terrible patient care. The nurse came to the room once. I pressed call button 3 times no one came. 4 hours and they gave me a Benadryl. Came in here WITH THE WRONG CHART!!!! Forgot to give me the Benadryl!!!!! They are rude and the room was dirty. This is not my first time. Last time they kicked me out and told me the waiting room is not a waiting zone for my ride to pick me up. Before that they refused to check me for a miscarriage. Went to a different hospital and I was having one. They had refused to do a ultrasound because "they dont do them on the weekends". Every time I come there is absolutely horrible service. They allow anyone to come back to see you without telling you or getting your permission.

No Wait , which was the ONLY good experience . " Doctors " FAILED to evaluate and examine my baby THOROUGHLY . Sent Her home with no prescription of anything, took her temperature rectally TWICE . 2 Days Later the problem I complained about and they neglected to see , is WORST . Emergency Room FULL of STUDENTS not DOCTORS . I wouldnt recommend ANYONE HERE . All the other reviews are FAKE . PALMS WEST is the only hospital anyone IN THE GLADES area shoud go to .

So far my stay here I have been well taken care of my doctors stayed on top of my care an my nurses made sure I had everything I needed to start getting better ! They were very helpful expecially twaina , Jesse an Jeff all the staff is terrific thank you so much for helping me to get better April hudson

Small, hometown feel instead of big-city factory. The staff care about you getting better. The rooms could use some updating but the important part is that the staff are actually invested in making people feel better.
