Prepare to wait a minimum of 2 hours to just go back to the rooms. When we visited today there was ONE doctor and ONE nurse. Ive been to many an urgent care in my day and Ive never been to one that is so slow and woefully understaffed, especially not one that is affiliated with a hospital like Mercy. Its incredibly disappointing. The staff here is lovely, but it shouldnt take 3+ hours to be seen.

I went to the Mercy Urgent Care on Edison today for a migraine and had - hands down one of the best experiences Ive ever had. I suffer from migraines and every 6/8 months I usually have an episode. Today I saw Dr. Kluttz and she was kind, empathic, knowledgeable and helpful - as was the nurse and everyone I dealt with. I would highly recommend Dr. Kluttz and her team!

Dont go there. Waited two hours and left without being seen. The facility is understaffed with one doctor.
