I was a former patient at the elk creek office and have had several problems with the filling that were done there. First off I had never had a cavity in my entire life until upon walking into elk creek they stated I had several teeth that needed to be filled. Growing up ive always had great dental insurance and had a great dentist, later my parents bought me braces in High School, Ive always prided myself on taking such good care of my teeth. I wanted a second opinion when they told me this at Elk Creek but unfortunately I have a horrible insurance , Care Source. That not many dentist in the Dayton area will even accept or they put a limit on how many patients they will see with the insurance. After calling a near 30 dentist who wouldnt accept it, I let them fill my teeth because I was trusting them and thats what needed to be done. One of my filling has air in it still, another one fell out completely and by the time I needed it fixed Elk Creek had changed their name to Kori and Everhart. Doctor Kori did fill my tooth but it looks horrible, you can see the white filling sticking out past where it should be, which is something I was told could be smoothed out but honestly im tired of going back. They dont even have on record the other few teeth that were filled which I find unprofessional and strange when I have documents stating those teeth were filled from Elk Creek. My whole mouth is falling apart with these fillings and I am outraged, if I could have just gone somewhere and had them done right in the first place this wouldnt be happening. If a dentist tells you its normal for the fillings to crack and fall out, its NOT, and definitely not within several months to a year!!!!! My mother before we moved to Dayton had 4 teeth filled with the white composite at the dentist I grew up with Dr. Murray DDS and his work was SO GOOD that her fillings are STILL there in tack, not falling apart or cracking and this is 5 to 6 years after she had the work done. Now that is a dentist who does good work, cares about making things right and his patients. Unfortunately I just live too far away to see him. There is a huge problem with the dental field and insurance right now, especially with no one taking Medicaid it makes it hard for someone like me single mom trying to put herself through college who has always had nice teeth to have good work done. I wouldnt recommend this practice to anyone ever, not after having so much shotty dental work.

I brought my 4 year old son in for his first dental experience. I was told on the phone that they treat pediatrics and make them feel comfortable. My son was very calm and patient (considering his age, I was impressed). I had explained to him the process that would go on when so he would have an idea of what to expect. The dental assistant that was trying to take xrays was shoving the disk in my sons mouth, causing him to gag, over and OVER again. She was huffing and puffing when he wouldnt cooperate. I wouldnt have cooperated either of someone was making me choke. After she finally have up (after multiple attempts to take pictures with a disk that was the size of his small mouth) we then moved on to the cleaning. She was clearly very frustrated with my son at this point and was very harsh with the cleaning. He had at this point given up and was not exactly cooperating, although he was still sitting very still. She was pushing his head all over, making it turn the way she wanted. When he wouldnt let her clean the top teeth she turned his cartoon off (the only thing keeping him occupied at this point) Ive never experienced such a thing in my life with a child. To treat a 4 year old like that was absurd, and I can assure youve lost this families business. Highly disappointed that this dental assistant ruined my sons first dentist visit. The front office staff however was very friendly.

I just got a cleaning here, and Gail was fantastic! Most pleasant teeth cleaning in a very long time! Erin, the receptionist, is always so friendly and helpful in scheduling. If they have an appointment available that is before your appointment, they call to see if you want to come in earlier. Dr. Yi is very professional and friendly. They take mostly all insurances, but are fair and flexible with billing on things that are not covered. My husband and I have come here for years and have no intention of ever going anywhere else!!

The entire staff is courteous, professional and prompt, they really respect your time and they appreciate their patients and wellbeing. Dr. Everhart is honest and open. He recommends treatment plans that are in the patients best interest and truly considers their needs and expectations. I will be relocating in the near future over 60 miles from the office but I have no issue with making the commute to continue my dental care with Kori & Everhart Dentistry.

Dr.Everhart is a complete and utter jerk, made me feel worthless and uncomfortable! I left there crying because he was so rude! He thinks he is Gods gift to dentistry I suppose but I was the only person in the entire place and got an appointment a little too quickly and that says alot!!! I would never go back or suggest anyone go to him for any reason. Nobody has to put up with that crap, there are too many dentists in Dayton!!!

Great office on all levels from receptionist to dentist. Very professional with focus on customer care. Hygienist was excellent knows teeth and mouth issues. Dentist spent all the time needed to review all issues and forward planning. I am a new patient and this was the most extensive teeth and mouth review I have ever had, including mapping of all previous work. I highly would recommend the office.

Ive always had a good experience here and I love the text message reminders and notices. The administrative staff are always kind and professional. I felt like one of my cleanings was very thorough and the technician took her time and I cant express how that resonated with me. I will continue to send my friends to Kori & Everheart for their dental needs as well.

I love my dentist they all make me feel like family...kori pulled my teeth and gave me my smile back nikki and erin are so friendly and warm hearted and the assistants are bomb...your in and out the dentist...thanks kori for keeping your word and that means a lot..my friend and her kids goes there and my father and i reffered my mother

I saw Dr. Yi and her assistant Michelle for a filling today. The whole staff was very helpful and caring. They make going to the dentist very relaxing and easy. My appointment was quick and painless. I dont mind seeing the dentist now and cant wait to go back for my dental implant appointment because I know I will be in good hands!

I will never be going back. They did a terrible job with my fillings and because of them one of my teeth are now cracked. They did not explain anything to me prior to my fillings and did not listen to any of my concerns. Had they, I would not be having these troubles now.
