The only reason I stepped foot in this clinic was because it was a couple blocks away from home...the first visit was just terrible their primary doctor is very dead has no spirit what so ever, doesnt even recognize his patients, and always asks you "what you want" no smile nothing just straight to the point, and his psychical check up isnt any , it feels more like frisking than anything, the ob/gyn is a lady and shes bad at doing her job. Instead of using a sonogram to check my pregnancy progess she used some small old looking device that only allows you to hear the baby heartbeat...they sent me to the er , and when I arrived I explained to the drs everything and they even said that that clinic has horrible service and drs are no good. The er drs checked me properly and everything was fine..i am switching to the hospital clinic and no longer habing any services done and this terrible clinic

This place attempted to keep my sisters medical records from her when she no longer wanted to be a patient there. This is illegal, and in spite of multiple verbal and written requests, the manager of the place repeatedly and very rudely refused to turn them over, and went so far as to become hostile toward us when requesting them. Under California law, a patient is entitled to request (and a physician is obligated to turn over) copies of a patients records - to say nothing of medical ethics. This technically enables us to report them, but I suspect an honest review might have greater impact and deliver greater value to potential patients (ie clients) of what is, after all, a business - not solely a physicians office (sadly).

I am new to the area and i drove by and curiosity got the best of me, I read the comments made about this clinic but i am someone who is not much of a gossiper. I walked in and was greeted and asked how i can be helped i said i was inquiring about the services and then i decided to be seen the doctor, The doctor was very friendly and made me feel that i was important. i really liked the services and i brought my wife and kids and now the clinic is our family doctor. I would recommend this to my family and friends. I would recommend this clinic to anybody and experience for yourself.

I was trying to assist a homeless pregnant teen and Cindy at the front desk put up every road block possible for this poor girl. She is heartless, mean spirited and has no business working in healthCARE. Nice! having a person with that sort of character representing Saint Lukes.

People are whiny on here. Dont listen to the bad reviews theyve helped more than enough times. Theyre awesome staff You should go there check it out for yourself before you judge the reviews
