I just moved to the area and my health insurance card is still based out of Hawaii. Ive heard so many horror stories about urgent care clinics. I was happy & pleased that this was not one of them! The waiting area was clean & organized. The reception told me my wait time was 1 hour, as I saw a few people ahead of me. Which was cool. Exactly one hour, well..I didnt really check...I was consumed in reading the book I brought (my advise..bring one...time goes by faster) my name was called. I was seen by Dr Darvish and Dr Coble. Living on an island, Im not one for meds nor have I had the need for any...thank goodness. The meds that were prescribed I had an allergic reaction to, which Im not all that surprised. Havent taken any for over 10 years and no fault to the doctors. Went back for a re-check and got prescribed a different medication...hoping this one wont have any side effects. Everyone who had assisted me was nice & friendly, which is a nice change from the hustle bustle "hurry up & get out of my way" energy of LA. sighhh... Mahalo nui loa Brentwood Urgent Care Aloha

At the time of the visit everything looked perfect and the physician kindly insisted that patient calls him after 48 hours if not feeling better. I followed his instruction and called long after 48 hours since I was not feeling better, the girl took my number and later someone called leaving a message saying that we are closing!! nothing else. The next morning, I called again and talked to a girl, she said doctor will call soon. No one called, I called again, a gentleman picked the phone after my repeated calls due to no answer. He said OK dr. will call you soon, lets wait and see now...

Awesome care! A little bit of a wait the first time but the staff & doctors totally make up for it! Theyre very professional & welcoming! If I lived closer to this place, Id probably make it my first choice for Urgent Care. But Im in Beverly Hills so its a little crazy to get there during rush hour. Anyway, went here for a work accident (broke my nose at work, after slipping) I dont know how much it cost but since they took my companys insurance Im sure it cant be too bad.

Everybody was really super nice there. But they can be a little more helpful to assist the ppl coming in. I.e.; like assisting one by taking there hand to help them up from there lying position on that cold X-ray table and then down-off from the X-ray table (especially a person with a hurt knee). Or if somebody looks hurt to hold their hand down the hall. But really super nice staff. And dr. Barbara was sweet.

Top notch service. Quick, efficient. Dr saw me on time and total time in office was less than 30 minutes.I rarely frequent doctors offices so when I do it for a reason. I stopped by today because of a lingering sinus infection. Super easy to diagnose. I am not sure I would visit urgent care for anything more complicated but for an infection is something simple and routine I would not go anywhere else.

So thankful I found Brentview last Friday! I did not expect to deal with this medical issue and Googled urgent care facilities nearby work. This place was highly rated and a few minutes away. Only waited 30 minutes after filling out paperwork, took some tests, and they had the antibiotics there. I was out within an hour! Everyone here was helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Brentview Medical for the last 20 years. Dr Darvish has been my physician and together with his staff they have provided me with the best medical care one can expect. They are knowledgeable, caring and professional. One major advantage is that they cover almost all your medical needs under one roof. I highly recommend this clinic.

Never got past the front desk, she didnt know her job. I had all the required paperwork for workers comp , she gave me a hard time after very unprofessionally talking to my office manager as well. Did not have a doctor after 4 pm and a nurse practitioner. Not very professional with person in the waiting room either.

They get you in quickly, take care of you, and get you on your way. The place is clean and they have instant testing for everything but blood, which is more than understandable. I was so sick I needed to cancel traveling and they even helped out with the travel insurance forms. Theyre awesome.

You never feel like "just a number" over there. Ive seen both Dr. Darvish and his associates and always feel like they are knowledgeable, empathetic, and cover all the bases. Kind of rare these days - and yes, theyre the first people Id recommend!

Great staff. Dropped a glass cup that led to several deep lacerations in my leg. Because of the extent of the injury they immediately took me in and stitched me up within the hour. Great bedside manner and very efficient.

Bit of a wait, but receptionist was very friendly, nurse was very efficient, doctor Ashley Green was nice, intelligent and open with me, all very easy and pleasant to deal with. Great for a walk-in!
