I want to give zero rating but system will not allow to Enable the POST button as I had bad experience with billing and front office team. Front office was very pathetic and rude. When I took my kid for hand fracture they asked me to pay $180 in addition to copay amount eventhough I used my insurance card. Before paying, I even enquired why I should pay and it should be billed to insurance. But still they asked me to pay. After I paid the amount, when I called back the insurance after a month when I received the EOB, insurance team I shouldnt have paid additional $180 to Warner plaza urgent care. Im following up with urgent care through email(as this is only the way to reach billing department) for last 6 month but yet to get any update or reimbursement of $180. When I called urgent care front office, they were so rude and not ready to listen. Only update they were giving is to send email to billing department. This is ridiculous and I wont recommend this urgent care at all considering the billing department and front office management team. Please dont go unless you have all details about insurance and dont pay anyother amount from copay.

Avoid at all cost. Phlebotomist did not wear gloves while doing my blood draw and, when i mentioned it, she said it wasnt necessary. I told her i had treatment for Hodgkins lymphoma less than 5 years ago, she shrugged it off. There was a container of urine sitting on the edge of a sink that was next to me during my blood draw. The lid was not properly placed on it, i mentioned it to a tech and they finally put it in the back office. When i had to give them a urine sample, it was a regular bathroom with a cart outside that had other patients samples. It just looked wrong! Finally, i changed primary care doctors who got my blood results from this clinic and said, according to the blood results, i should be dead. Who knows what that clinic was doing with my blood and urine. Billing was a nightmare, too. Front desk staff ere all young and going through training so everything was screwed up. I cannot go back there ever. Go at your own risk.

I went here for a swollen eye after getting run into at a skatepark, I waited in the waiting room for at least an hour while I watched what I only assume methadone patients going in and out while I waited. I was finally brought back and did some more waiting. At last the doctor came in, and looked into my swollen eye. Did not touch me and spent only 5-10 minutes "treating me". His recommendation was, wait for it, take some ibuprofen and see my regular physician when I get home (Im from Idaho). About a month later I get a bill for almost $300. This place is a genuine example of crooked people taking advantage of people when theyre vulnerable. Steer clear of this place.

They took my insurance card and checked for more than 10 minutes and told me I only had to pay $20 copay. I paid and visited the doctor. now after 3 weeks they have sent me a $379 bill. I called them and they didnt have a clear answer. who would pay $400 just for a cold?what did the woman check before I see the doctor? why did they say they accept my insurance? It is rediculous. I am still waiting for their relevant departments phone call.

The owner how is Ana Zarin so rude . I do not recomend every body to go there becase they do not have good manegment and doctors and do not have good customer servise .they send to patient wrong bill with fake provider name .they just take advantage frome the patient . Ana is working like ruber she wants to take money frome patient.she was suliting me .she did not respect me . I am sorry for her.

The experience with the doctor was great, but the billing is a big issue. I was told that they are an in-network provider. I had to pay everything up front with my credit card, and I specifically asked if this is the full amount of the visit. Now I received a bill for an out of network visit, and they want to charge $399 for what I was told was $70.

Ive been coming here for the past 3 years and always had great experiences. I got my weed card right next door also, I think they are the same owners. Prices are very reasonable for someone that doesnt have insurance, screw obama care! Ask for Doctor Aram, hes a cool dude.

The Doctor is good once you see him. However, the waiting time and the billing department which NEVER responds to your emails, and according to the front desk there is no other way to communicate with them makes this Urgent Care a place I will never visit again.

Not many good urgent cares around now a days, typically they are just mills to steal your money from you. You go in and come out with a huge bill.. This urgent care is fair and offers quality medical treatment for a reasonable price without insurance.

If your looking for a fast and quick urgent care then this is the place to be. In and out in less then 20 minutes, very rare ! Dr Hamid (i think thats his name) was super friendly and made me feel that he knew what he was talking about.

Absolutely the worst place youll ever go to in terms of care, billing and everything else. Avoid at all costs unless you want to incur $500+ in bills for the stupidest things like a normal checkup for flu or a blood test

While working in my backyard I failed to notice a beehive. I was stung multiple times. Warner plaza took me in and swiftly took care of my stings. I know where to go during an emergency!
