Terrible. I am leaving a 5 star review so that this shows up and doesnt get hidden on the next page with all of the low star reviews. I had been sick for a few days and decided it was time to see a doctor. I was charged $145 up front before I saw the doctor. The walls are paper thin, I could hear conversations going on in the lobby and I am sure everyone could hear my conversation with the nurses and doctor, there was dried blood on the counter. It wasnt awful..just sketchy. The office staff did not have it together instead of consulting my forms or asking each other, different people were asking me the same question over and over that I had already filled out the info on the forms. The doctor was rushing through seeing me and didnt run a strep test because he was going to prescribe antibiotics either way. While he was gone, I threw up and they asked me if I wanted the shot. I agreed and was given the shot. As we are getting ready to go, they start talking about my prescription and I assumed they were confused. It turns out I got and paid for a shot I didnt know what it was. I thought they had decided to give me a shot of antibiotics. Nope. The doctor did not understand why I was upset and asked sarcastically if I would "rather be throwing up?" He apologized that what happened was not clear and he would go get the owner. The owner came in and was glad I was feeling "better enough to argue with her." She also acted offended that I had thrown up in the sink in the room...I told her that if I had known what was happening and what I was being given, then I would have opted out of receiving and paying $150 for anti-nausea medication. I was willing to pay the $150 for penicillin. She offered a discount from the website to take $20 off the $150 additional penicillin shot if I wanted that. I have never experienced an owner ask me sarcastically if I would "rather be dead, or take the shot? You could die from dehydration." I responded that "if I had known what shot they were giving me, I wouldnt have wanted it." The owner asked me if I wanted the penicillin shot and be charged $130 or if I wanted to leave. My girlfriend was in the room the whole time and was equally confused. Worst experience in a doctors office I have ever had. This place has bad reviews for a reason. Rude and inconsiderate doctor and owner. Just keep browsing yelp, skip over this place. Seriously. TL,DR: Overpriced, Bad doctor, Received and paid for a shot I didnt know what it was nor want or ask for, Nasty owner. Wish I had read the reviews on here before I went in. Go somewhere else.

Very Good! My daughter is 24 and has Cerebal Palsy, she was unable to get her flu shot this year because of a low grade fever for a long time. She came down with what I thought was an ear infection on a saturday and I was trying to hold out to get her to her regular dr. on monday as to avoid the ER and expose her to the flu outbreak running ramant. Her dr. could not see her, so I remembered the Urgent Care by my youngest daughters school. I called, they said come right in. They did take her insurance and I just had to pay the same office co.pay I would any other time. We were seen within 10 minutes. The staff was beyond friendly and professional. When Dr.Mirshojae came in the room he was very nice, addressed me, my youngest who was with us, and talked directly to Jordynn. Now, no she cant comunicate, but his friendly, smiling face made her feel happy and comfortable. He then asked me what was going on, all the while never talking "over" or "around" my daughter. He noticed my other daughters uniform and asked her how school was going. This was the second time I had brought Jordynn in there in an 8 month span, and both times the results were the same. The first time the wait was longer, but if there is a line, you get at the back of it and wait your turn. Expected. Over all I highly recomend this Urgent Care, I found no hidden paperwork, on the contrary, my daughter needed to follow up with an ENT and in 30 seconds he had printed up a list of nearby ENTs for me to look into.

These people are vicious incompetent crooks and quacks. Everytime I call to try and get my billing resolved, they put me into an automated system and nobody EVER picks up. I explained to the person who answered the phone my situation and he transferred me to Francesca who yelled at me and was very rude and condescending. I went in there with a huge/deep cut in my tongue. I was bleeding profusely all over my shirt and they told me to take a seat. I sat there for 40 minutes bleeding and they didnt even offer me a paper towel or anything! I had to beg them for a gauze. They had me filling out mountains of paperwork with my blood dripping all over it. The so-called doctor (Dr. Roy) saw me and told me the only thing I could do was put Ice on it. Then they said they didnt have any ice and that there was a Taco Bell close I could go to get some! The sent me out the door "Still Bleeding", "Untreated", and billed me $359.00! I could have Googled the Ice info for free. The Dr. literally never even touched me. Now they are going to ruin my credit with this insanity. $359.00 to be told "you need to put ice on it" then not even give me ice and send me to Taco Bell. That is criminal. I left the place without any treatment at all. Now they wont take my calls and when they do, they just hang up on me. This place needs to be shut down for medical malpractice. I am reporting them to the California Medical Board.

I went to the Urgent Care and Medical Clinic after a car accident to have x-rays done. The experience was awful and I dont recommend anyone visit this place. Its definitely not worth the time or money. As other reviewers said, they demand money up front, even though I was told by my insurance company to ask for a bill. I was the only one in the office in the middle of the day, and yet it took several hours to see the doctor and get x-rays. The nurse and interns were very nice, which was the best part of the experience. I saw a doctor and explained what happened and why I was there. He didnt seem to listen to anything I said, he inspected areas that werent hurt and neglected areas that were. He ordered x-rays in places that didnt need them and I had to ask the nurse to relay to the doctor where I was hurt again so the right x-rays could be taken. The doctor turned his back to me for 90% of the time he was in the room with me and didnt address me or ask me any questions. I had to explain my accident several times before he even comprehended me. Worst bedside manner EVER! I have also been trying for several days to obtain my records and invoice from the office so I can turn it into my insurance company. The receptionist says she will call back, but never does. What a frustrating experience!! I hope once I get my records that I never have to deal with them again!! DONT GO HERE!!
