I have been here for work related problem and have to say the continuity of care is the worst I have ever experienced. Staff are very nice but its very clear the lack of training. Which can get frustrating for all. During the onset of my injury, when I was in the worst pain I was seen by 3 different urgent care staff doctors during the first 2 months of care, before being referred to specialty orthopedics for proper treatment plan. On more then one occasion I had the staff correct my status report because it referred to a completely different body part. Yes, I was in for right upper extremities and Doctor referred to left...he even came in and said once, "how is your knee"... Now here is wear it gets worse, specialty doctors are only available one day a week, every two weeks. So even when you get appointment you wait an hour to be seen. It frustrating to wait a month for an appointment, then an hour late for all but was 2 minutes of the doctors time to tell you to come back in a month. Really.... Therapy staff with the exception of the initial consultation person lacked personality and manners. Everyone is buried in there phones and very little eye contact with patients. Administrator at this facility needs to take a closer look at the continuity of care. Stop making your staff look like a joke.

Ive tried so hard to work with this place. After getting an injury, I feel like Ive been in complete hell for the 2+ years Ive been with this healthworks place. Two times they accidentally released me when they shouldnt have, times where I had to wait 4 hours to see the doctors, wait after wait of being told I needed to get certain things done but never happening, and not providing me the right papers for me to get blood drawn at another place because they cant do it themselves. Not only that but they had troubles finding MRIs that I had done in the past and couldnt find information from the Gardenas Healthworks they sent me to even though they said it should be there. I tried. I try so hard to be positive about this but this is torture. And the fact that Im still not good for my work and that I am struggling already doesnt help. Im sure there are those who have not gone through what Im going through and for that I envy you and hope you never have to. All I ask is that you dont do this to other people.

Dont go if you dont have an appointment. This is not a true urgent care facility. It seems to be primarily a workers comp facility. I waited well over an hour when there was only one other person in here when I arrived. I watched countless people get called back who arrived well after me. When asked, I was told keep waiting, the others have workers comp appointments. Staff is ok, and not much paperwork, but such a huge waste of time. Should have gone father down the road to minute clinic.

I think the people who left poor reviews on this location of this health clinic need to be evaluated. My experience of what I saw today was totally different. People were served very fast as was I. The people there were very professional. They got you in and out quick. I went for a DOT urine preemployment and I was not even there 20-25 minutes. Do not always believe what people say until you try it for yourself. Thank you US. health works

They dont even deserve one star. I was here for pre emloyment physical exam and blood test. My company sent me here so I had no choice. I waited for 3hours to get checked. After urine and TB test, I was told to wait again to see a doctor and it took them longer than 40min to call me. I got there at 1pm and it is 5:16pm right now and I am still here, waiting for a doctor. It is just ridiculous.

Today is July 25,2016.I been here for an hour and 15minutes and they didnt even call 1 person yet and its about 14 people here and nothing yet! They need to get it together. People thinking they going to be in and out for a drug and alcohol test and nothing yet. Wow...fast and efficient Is the key to happy patients. You would have less worries if you take care of patients as they come!!!

I had a work reared injury and I believe every appointment to see the doctors I waited at minimum an hour and this was with an appointment. PT was great though but the doctors office was terrible. 11:40am appointment and its 1:00pm and still havent seen anyone. Do not come here.

Im here now with a back injury the wait is very long I dred coming here because its always a long wait they either need more staff or more doctors. I gave them 1 star only because the lady at the front desk is nice.

2pm appointment and now is 5pm. Staff havent said a word. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. At lease apologize for the wait.
