I love this place. Ive been going the WVV on a yearly basis for at least 8 years now. They have a wonderful office that is always nice and clean. They also have a nice little play area for kids. The staff is very friendly. Many of the recognize me and ask about how my family and I are doing and actually remember details that we have shared (theyre not just being polite). The doctors are very knowledgeable and always answer all of my questions. Dr. Wilson even goes so far as to explain exactly what he is seeing with the Optomap image of my retina. The doctors are always looking for better products for their patients. Since I started wearing contacts theyve switched my brand and solution twice to improve my comfort level. They consistently update their technology (optomap instead of dilation for example). Currently they are expanding their office to have more space. I highly recommend them. The staff and doctors are truly first class. An incredible team that will make your experience enjoyable.

Update: I had a very positive experience by giving them a second chance. Trish did an outstanding job. Very great at handling customers. I believe it is easy to give great customer service when everything goes great. The test comes from when a customer is upset. I am curious to know how they are able to handle their customers in the future. When I gave them one star: It is unfortunate.....they are desperate need of customer service training. We will not be returning because of a "contact fitting charge" and the way their staff handled it when I challenged it. I have referred a ton of people here - not any more. To be fair....this is how I felt before this incident. When I gave them five stars: Very professional. Dr. Martin was extremely knowledgeable and great with my kids. We have been patients for over a year. Each visit was professional and the office is ran extremely well. The staff seems to genuinely love working there and are very helpful.

If I could give a review with 0 stars I would. This place is horrible, they have horrible customer service. Everyone has been rude to me and do not care about the customers at all. There is only one good doctor and that is the blonde woman, she is very good at what she does. Although, Its always one thing or another with this place, someone tells me one thing on the phone then when I come in its a completely different story. Not to mention, they NEVER answer their phones. I call over and over and no one answers. I called 3 weeks straight at least a couple times everyday and still no answer. Once I finally got an answer they were helpful, then when I go in its like I did not talk to anyone! Ive only had ONE appointment with this place and I already have so many problems. Everyone looks at me like Im stupid whenever i come. I will not be coming back to this unhelpful place.

This place is great!I loved the Dr. I saw. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She discovered that I need glasses while working on the computer, which I would have never noticed. Unfortunately I was unable to afford the glasses there due to my insurance coverage still making the price too high, but I called to have my prescription faxed to me so I can research other discounted avenues, without using the insurance. I dont believe this is any fault of the office there, but the insurance itself. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. There is an eye test you can have done for an extra cost that tells you what the likelihood is of you developing diabetes in the next 4-7 yrs, which I thought was extremely cool. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Even though I have moved away from this office, it is still the only vision center I trust to complete my vision exam yearly. The staff is great and they take their time with you and work with you to understand what you need. Dr. Burson is very friendly and patience with me. Even though I only see her once a year (at Christmas time non the less) she remembers me and my circumstance. I recommend her and this office to all I know who need eye exams and even got a roommate to go here. When checking out the staff understands your insurance and can inform you about what your costs will be for the contacts or glasses and they explain the cost of the office visits also. If you are looking for a great friendly and knowledge staff this is the place.

I inquired about making an appointment only after 6 months of having my last visit. The staff took the time to research to see if my insurance would take care of another visit instead of getting the usual answer NO, like I did from my last eye care professional. I did not find they over booked which made me happy as I don’t have much time in the day to wait. I was fitted for contacts and helped every step of the way by both Dr. Holt and his staff. My follow up visit was very nice as I was not pressured to buy but encouraged to make sure they were comfortable. Both my wife and I have enjoyed our experience with West Valley Vision and will continue to use Dr. Holt as our eye care professional.

They make too many mistakes. They never answer the phone I have had issues with my prescription and called them over and over again until finally someone answered and was not very helpful. These people have horrible customer service not to mention I waited almost an hour before being seen. I wasted my time going. Im sure my eye exam was performed wrong the doctor didnt even do the exam it was the technician which is NOT a doctor and not qualified to determine my vision needs. I would never go back and I would not recommend them. Costco has an amazing eye doctor and friendly staff and will also save you money.

I was a bit nervous about my appointment as I hadnt been to an optometrist in about 10 years, and hate anything touching my eyes. First of all, they have a digital image option rather than doing the pupil dilating drops, which is awesome! No eye drops for this guy! The staff was extremely friendly and gave me a bottle of water while I waited for appointment. The Dr was a really friendly guy & worked quickly. They also have a large selection of glasses to choose from. I would highly recommend this place!

The veneer is rather shiny, but you will find that it is all style and no substance. The do have some nice product, but you can find that in many other vision centers. The staff is rude and cannot handle problems they create. Their favorite technique is to put the customer on the defensive. Due to their scheduling, the doctors have a limited amount of time to complete your exam. You will be rushed through, and may end up with correction that is not correct. Buyer beware!

Very organized and well run office. We have been patients there for several years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. One day when doing an insulation job I managed to get a couple of fiberglass fibers in my eye. I phoned the office and they were able to squeeze me in immediately. And... heres the best part, the doctor actually called me the following day to see how I was doing. I highly recommend this office.
