I am very frustrated with the poor service we have received at West Point Eye Center on a warranty replacement. My son broke his glasses while serving a mission in another country. I called to see if they could order the replacement glasses so they would be here when his broken ones arrived in the mail. They would not order the lenses or frames without having the broken pair in hand. I took the glasses in the day they arrived in the mail so they could get the new glasses ordered. I talked with the receptionist about the scratches on the lenses and the frame being broken. I assumed she would order both lenses and frame. She only ordered the frame. We waited weeks to hear anything. I called and was promised she would check on it and call me back. She did not call. I called again the next week and got the same promise. This time she called and said the frame had been back-ordered. She gave me a possible date that the frames would be in. I called on that date and was told the frame had arrived, and if I could give them a couple of hours they would put the old lenses in the frame and I could pick them up that afternoon. I was shocked that she had not ordered new lenses. She told me that I had not specifically asked for new lenses so she didnt order them. Another receptionist called me back a few minutes later to give me the option of ordering new lenses and waiting another week to get them. I told her to go ahead and order them. She said they should be ready in one week. Today, I stopped in to pick up the glasses and two receptionists were hostile with me. One said she had not promised they would be there today. It was an estimate. The other was hostile over me not specifying that I wanted to replace the scratched lenses. They do not do that unless you specifically ask for it. Who wants to look through scratched lenses? They are in the business. They handle warranty replacements all the time. They should have asked me if I wanted to replace both the lenses and the frame when I brought the broken pair in. I still do not have the glasses. It has been over six weeks since I dropped off the broken glasses. That is very poor service in any business! We loved Dr. Holt, but we will not return to this business when the warranties on our current glasses expire.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!! Dr. Holt is suppose to specialize in astigmatism and contacts, husband could never get his contacts right and kept being told he just needed to wear them longer, so we gave up on the contacts. Then after asking them to call my insurance because we dont have eye coverage just a small benefit towards glasses we wanted to pay all at once. They told us that they had called and charged us everything all together. Two months later we get a second notice after never seeing a first notice that we now owes them even more money!!! Trying to call them was a joke and just told that it doesnt work that way and we need to pay them regardless. We have always paid everything up front for a few years but this year we are over $1000 total!! Dr. Holt never checked any of the glasses we were given otherwise they shouldnt have been approved. Two pairs had to be sent back immediately because the lens didnt even sit in the frames. They said they havent changed any prices but I have never paid anywhere near that and even bought less from them this year than last year! They do testing without even telling you the cost and what it is for so you can approve it or not. If you are smart just find another eye center and avoid all the crap!!! They tell us to call them to rectify the situation but it does NO good. They are not willing to listen, they just say we are wrong. One time they did come to the office to give me glasses because they closed unexpectedly and I had to have the glasses that day, that was appreciated. But I can find much better service elsewhere without the additional hassle.

Absolutely the BEST Eye doctor and experience getting glasses for my son! Impeccable service from every employee I encountered. The doc was very thorough and kind. The ladies that helped us were informative and a great help in guiding us in our selection since my wife wasnt there to help make a decision. When we got the glasses I was so impressed with the quality and even just the look alone. Past glasses for him have been thick and bulky. Not these! I will for sure be recommending your quality of care and amazing service! Thanks Dr. Holt you and your staff are doing it right!

My entire family has been graced by the amazing care and compassion of this place. I cant say enough great things about Dr. Holt. His complete thoroughness, and knowledge are much appreciated and his staff, well they are on point. We have received consistently great service throughout the 6 years we have been coming in. Our insurance has changed several times and they have been amazing to work with even though insurance companies can be difficult. Thank you.

Dr. Holt and his staff were amazing. I was able to get contacts that worked comfortably where in the past with other doctors I have not. The reason for the four star rating. Four of my five family members need glasses unfortunately my insurance barely covers eye exams and the office policy is to not give the pupillary distance so I can order glasses online. Sadly because of this policy I have to find a new office and doctor to take my family to.

This is a really great place to get high quality eye wear. We got contact for my husband and I and got glasses for two of our kids. Everything went great with that. A year later my daughter broke her frames. They were so easy to work with on their warranty and for that I would use them again forever. Dr. Holt is a great and thorough doctor as well. Much better than the cheap places like Americas Best.

800 dollar glasses. They dont do what they are supposed to do. Contact them with your concern and get a young ignorant female that has no idea how ro rectify your situation. terrible service from day 1. Justin the doctor is supposed to get back to you and never happened. A complete failure and at this point.

Never go here. They are dishonest and do not take care of THEIR mistakes. I have never had such horrible customer service. I will never go here again and will let my friends and family know the same. Worst eye center!!!!!
