Oh my gosh , including the Dr all stuff are horrible. You have to schedule an appointment , and the pharmacy will receive the prescription in a month . The office employees will put you on hold for ever and never return your call. The referral lady Jennifer will yell at you like it is going out of style plus the referral will get for ever , then just go to ER and be done with it. I wont leave one star for them , but without leaving any stars I cant write and let you guys know . The last , but not the least discrimination is on the top of thier to do list . Please respect yourselves and also value your time DONT GO THERE . Your insurance will pay , but your insurance doesnt know where you come from . Best of luck if you still go there.

This Dr. cant even properly check a BMI test, i walked in there and ended up being called obese by Dr.LingLing, im not gonna sit here n say im skinny as a twig but i aint no muffin top hangin down to my feet, heavy breathing fool, im fat but i also have muscle, i workout almost everyday. She said i had back problems because i was obese, but when i told her that it started to happen i would hold a chainsaw on one side for hours and she didnt want to hear it she STRAIGHT UP left the room saying "goodbye you goodbye" and i never seen her again

I am having a horrible experience with this Dr. and her staff. I have to call everyday to see if my x-rays have come in and also to get a referral to physical therapy. Which they say they will get done and will call me back to confirm. If I dont call nothing happens. I am extremely disappointed with this Dr. She doesnt even check my physical abilities to help diagnose what is wrong with me. Everything she has told me I have already googled and know about. Horrible!

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE PLEASE . Save yourself time , and your copay . The Dr is good , but the employees are so bad . They are lazy and you have to call everyday more than 6 times to get the work done . It is not the right place for you .

There third times I had come to her medical center about my ears problem to refer me any Dr but they are ignored......very poor service
