I had a 9:15am appointment, I signed the sheet and noticed I was the only one with an appointment and sat down. Im used to there being some type of wait and places like this and overheard the woman at the front desk tell a woman that came in asking if she could make an appointment that shed have to do it online, but that she could wait and that it would be about 30 minutes and that there were 4 people ahead of her. Its now 9:45 and Im thinking, "okay, I should be up soon. At 9:50 they call in someone that came in after me, so I go up to see whats going on. I told them I had an appointment and they claimed that they called my name several times and then marked me as a "patient left." I know my own name, its not that hard to pronounce, and while they did offer to take me in then, I left in disgust.

The staff is rude, and I waited 2 hours for them to receive the fax from my doctors office. I had the nurse from my doctors office call this lab several times to confirm the phone number and confirmation of the emailed fax. The receptionist at the lab would just pick up the phone when it rang and hang up. My doctors office called me while I was still sitting in the waiting area to tell me the lab was hanging up every time they called. Dont waste your time coming here. It is obvious they dont care about their patients.

Unlike Vijay in the other review my experience with this location and their staff was very good. I walked in with no appointment scheduled and I was politely taken in within 5 minutes. In 3 minutes, she entered my information, drew my blood and bandaged me up. All in all, I was in and out of this location in less than 10 minutes. As a Plano resident, I was very pleased with services from this Lab Corp.

This LabCorp location forced me to seek the services of another lab. I turned in urine samples to this location (each a week a part), which was ordered by my endocrinologist. They lost the first weeks sample.

In and out in a timely fashion. Usually have fairly personable staff. Some are more skilled at drawing blood than others, but havent ever had any really bad experiences.

No Drug Screens Here. You need to go to Labcorp in McKinney. 4510 Medical Center Drive Suite 212. Dont go to other McKinney address (4201 Medical City Dr.) on google.

Avoid this center, The front desk and office staff are very rude and dont cooperate. I was there twice and had same rude experience both the times.
