Its a Labcorp, they are all about the same. This one is right next to Baylor, parking is free if you go in the garage; they let you out after you are done with your tests, or there are meters all around that block, easy access from St. Joseph street. The building is ust past the Shlotzkies and the lab is on the ground level. They share a building with a scrubs shop . I went at the lunch hour on a Friday, no appointment. With four people siting in the waiting room ahead of me, I only waited half an hour. For the pre-employment drug screen, I was called back with another person. They ask you to wash your hands in view of the tester, outside of the toilet-only bathroom, put your valuables (so empty those pockets) in a lock box, and give a sample of 45mls (half the cup) in three minutes, no flushing the toilet full of bright blue water. You are unobserved (the tester is outside the door, bathroom sink outside the door, temperature strip on the cup) Staff was friendly, very friendly, and it was very fast from the time I was called back to the time I left. Working in a lab like that can be rough, and they were very kind to me and the other patron. The facility was one of the cleanest Labcorp locations Id been to. Its fine, and they were far nicer than they had to be.

Very friendly people. Great customer service was able to get in, answer all my questions and get out in a timely manor without an appointment!! The two women that helped me were very professional and complete my labwork with no pain at all. Their was a problem with their computer that kept freezing up, but they can only work with the tools and hardware they are provided by LabCorp. I would recommend this place to friends and I plan on returning for future visits.

Went to this location to take a pre-employment drug test. Got a call the next day from the company I was going to work for asking why I had not taken the test. Had to fax in the paperwork and call in the numbers myself to show I had went. Go to another location for your pre-employment drug screens!

Rude! Youd think they worked in a prison. This was ridiculous. There were people there for all sorts of test, blood work, drug test, etc. They treated everyone like criminals. Lets just put it this way, they make the DMV look like the Ritz-Carlton.

Wow, the rudest, sassiest people Ive met in my lifetime. I dont know if the other locations are any better, but spend a little extra time and go to a different location. Youll probably have a better experience than me.

Friendly Customer Service. Easily to communicate with. Able to walk-in for blood drawing and blood test. It took few minutes to walk out with a smile. Friendly staffs.
