We had a wonderful experience. My husband, a friend of ours and I went together. We bought 5 pairs of glasses between us and I intend to go back for a few more. The service has greatly improved since years ago. Dr. Roth has modern equipment that can detect many conditions/diseases in the early stages. There are masses of wonderful frames and the turn around time was less than half what it was at Costco. We both had trouble with our last glasses and were happy to return to a hugely improved operation. Good luck to you all and let the naysayers be replaced with bell ringers!

I have been a customer of Eye Desire for almost 7 years. I have never had a bad experience ever and I have been there many a time, mostly on a drop-in basis. Dr. Roth has done several eye exams on me that compare identically with my eye surgeons. I am very impressed with his skills, not to mention his friendliness and caring attitude. Danny, who has worked there for years, is instantly available to help and has Customer Service stamped across his forehead. The front desk staff is friendly and eager to help. I would recommend this 5 Star business to anyone.

I highly recommend Eye Desires Dr. Ashley Roth. While on vacation in Miami Beach, i came down with a raging eye infection. I waked into Eye Desire and Dr. Ashley Roth was able to fit me in between her patients. Once examined, Dr. Roth explained that I had pink eye! She prescribed drops that got my eyes feeling better right away. By the next morning, most of the redness and all the pain had gone away. Thank you Dr. Roth for seeing me right off the street, and for being so kind, compassionate. You saved my vacation!

Although the eye appointment was quick and easy, the assistant ordered the wrong contacts for me 3 times!! it took me 2 months to get my new lenses in, and I had to call repeatedly to check on the status of my order. I had to visit the office twice to pick up my lenses, which ended up being the wrong ones. I called several months later to have my prescription faxed to me and had to call back again and again before getting it done. The staff is nothing short of totally incompetent.

Dr. Ashley Roth gave me a thorough and enjoyable eye exam. She was very knowledgeable, informative, and kind throughout the entire process. I was able to get contacts and glasses that I need. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from so it was easy finding a pair that I like. Lastly, their team helped me step by step regarding insurance benefits. I will definitely be coming back to Eye Desire for my annual eye exam!

Wonderful place and a lovely environment went there because I lost my glasses while I was on vacation and they understood my situation I gave them my prescription for my contacts and they gave it to me free and I really didnt want to pay 50 to 100 dollars for contacts and they gave it to me free how nice I would definitely come here again and recommend anyone who needs contacts or glasses
