Oh no! I cant believe what Im reading here. Ive been Dr Lefflers patient for nearly ten years. I will admit he has young staff which many can incorrectly perceive as less capable. I was a victim of this misconception when I was younger. Dr Leffler is a supremely efficient and intelligent man. He thinks fast and moves fast. He does things that I may not understand, but when asked he has a perfectly logical explanation. For example on my appointment last year. I wanted both glasses and contacts. He asked what do I use my contacts for. I told him for the beach and for playing sports. When I got my contacts, they were good but not perfect like my glasses were. When I asked, his explanation was that its because of my astigmatism. I wear glasses for reading a computer screen all day at work so he prescribed lenses that fix astigmatism. I dont need astigmatism fixing contacts. The contacts he prescribed to me were a SIGNIFICANT difference in price. Even after moving out to Wellington three years ago, I still drive all the way to PBG to see Dr Leffler.

Ive been there two times already and i think its safe to say that I DO NOT like this place at all and i would definitely NOT recommend this place to ANYONE either. The first time I went the staff was very RUDE and annoyed at the fact that I did not want to purchase the expensive glasses or contacts from them which was very annoying if I say I do not want to purchase it there do not push me as a customer. The second time I went the doctor was sitting doing her paper work she didnt even look up or nothing to acknowledge us and I specifically said "The doctor" so she would look up and say hey how are you folks because I mean come on that paperwork is not going to keep your job the people are. so AVOID THIS PLACE. RUDE STAFF AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. they dont deserve my money so I wont be back.

Dr. Leffler was very professional however my experience with the front desk staff was less than satisfactory I was treated with rudeness, shortness and they could not be bothered with my purchase request this is my first time ever in an eye care center this was my first experience with a vision center. I was nervous I had a lot of questions. When I called back to speak to the doctor he seemed even less worried about whether or not I was a satisfied patients or not. As I exited the building I ran into another patient who overheard the exchange between me and the front desk personnel and she said get used to it if you go to this clinic thats what you get. Needless to say I went to LensCrafters wonderful service wonderful selection.

I have been taking my children to Dr. Leffler for 14 years. The front office staff is always professional and polite. It is difficult to say why a few people left comments saying otherwise. Like any business, at times the staff and doctors can get busy and distracted. People should have some level of understanding. When speaking with the staff on the phone, they are always very accommodating and responsive. Yes, Dr. Leffler moves fast, but that is okay. He is very thorough and obviously takes pride in his work.

I have been coming to Leffler Eye Care for at least 5 years now and every time I schedule an appointment the ladies on the phone are incredibly nice and professional. They have been more than accommodating due to the fact that my last two appointments I have had to reschedule and they saw me as a walk in even with a booked schedule. The employees are once again professional, efficient, and positive. I will continue to spend my money with them. Just great service.

Excellent doctor, excellent staff, excellent service. Dr. Leffler actually explained to me the problems my nearsightedness causes me (I have asymmetrical vision, one eye is very much more nearsighted than the other) and how it hurts depth perception etc. And prices much better than Big Box eye care stores. My whole family goes to Leffler, I have no hesitation in recommending him and his staff.

Affordable, friendly, and prompt! I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Their exams are half the price of other offices, Dr. Leffler was kind, upbeat, and knowledgable, and the other staff members were as sweet as can be. Im so glad a friend recommended this office to me.
